Our house was built in 1901, we had the asbestos contaminated Montana Vermiculite in our attic, We needed to do a Renovation to save the house. Very Pleased with every aspect of how this company handled getting back quickly, showing up on time,
a clearly written proposal, also afterwards, sending a "Paid in full" receipt. The Abatement took 3 days, an air test on the 4th, the Guys did a fantastic Job. We had TONS of this stuff in our attic, 2 Truckloads at least. Donny was the Foreman, he tends to be meticulous in getting it done thoroughly, which we much appreciated. Crew was friendly, we enjoyed talking with them on breaks, they were respectful & helpful. Very pleased we went with American Contracting, would highly recommend (Before, during & after removal photos)...

It is not something everyone will need but if you ever have a problem with Asbestos in your home this is the place to call. They are extremely knowledgeable and willing to come out and give you a quote ASAP. When you hear Asbestos it can be scary but this company has been great and walked us through what will need to be done and how they plan on completing the job all while keeping the rest of your home safe. I will use them again if I ever run across a problem like i had with my basement floor tile and a few pipe fittings they also took care of for me.

If you are looking to buy a home that has asbestos and are hesitating to make the purchase, give Derek a call. He was timely in providing me an estimate (during the inspection phase). The team came in as scheduled and completed the work on time. They returned every call and email. I highly recommend them!

Great honest contractor. These guys do great work and they are always good for their word. If all contractors did business like these guys, it would make the consulting business much easier.
