That's my people! I'm in the store at least three times a day. Very convenient the workers they have now a very professional and always greet me with a hello and a smile.

The girl working it was very ignorant and abrupt cuz I was getting two packs of cigarettes and I wanted my dollar 40 off but she said the computers were down so I couldn't put my number in who cares I should have asked for the manager instead of paying $19 for two packs because they wouldn't give me my discount

I never have a problem at this location. Staff is very friendly and always greets customers when they come into the store. The only complaint I have is that customers who do not have a mask on continue to come into the store knowing a mask is required. They also do not social distance themselves as required.

To whom it may concern,I have been going to your store on Pine Hollow road, McKee’s rocks, for many years. I will no longer shop there.Neither employee was wearing a mask properly and several customers had none. This has been the same for several visits over the past few weeks. If you can’t require your employees to follow proper procedures, I’m not returning.I found another store that follows safe procedures, that’s where I will spend my money.

I asked the price of rolling papers behind the counter because I could not see back that far. The girl actually said to me "I have no idea how much they are. There are thousands of items in the store and expecting me to know the price of every single one is asking a bit much of me. I'd have to scan it to know. Do you want me to scan it?" What? There are price tags on everything. I assumed the outside of the box might tell the price. I couldn't see. Of course I didn't expect her to just know. This girl is extremely gruff at all times. She made shameful comments to me about how stupid it is to play the lottery when I was there to play the lottery which is why I don't play there anymore. And of course she's the only one without a name tag. Cinnamon actually walked away when she seen me holding lottery play slips and said something like "oh no way you can go to the other line."I used to come here every day. This is my last day coming here. Which is another thing. When you go to a place every day wouldn't it be nice if someone said hey how are you? Or acknowledged? Not here. Only one young girl does that here. I wish I knew her name for the kudos. They also consistently complain and gossip here. Go to the other store up the street.
