I recently had some landscaping done by Steve Danylko Land Service and I was extremely happy with the whole experience. The estimate I requested was complete within a few days, and the work itself was done in a very timely manner. I found all the landscapers that worked on my property to be professional and courteous. They were very good about cleaning up area after the work was completed. I felt that the work was reasonably priced, and I am extremely happy with my new landscaping. I highly recommend their services!!!

While landscaping my neighbor's yard, one of Steve's employees backed over my mailbox. They stood it back up and walked away. No note. No apology. Nada. Like it didn't happen. When I called to report it and ask to have my mailbox and post replaced, Steve replied, "we'll be out Monday morning. Workers showed up, rang the doorbell, which doesn't work, and walked away. I walked out to their truck when I saw them leaving.They proceeded to replace the post, but Steve refuses to replace my mailbox. The door of the box does not stay closed anymore. It blows open with the wind.Steve says he'll put a latch on it.In essence, rig it up so he doesn't have to buy a replacement box.My mailbox should be pre-accident condition since his workers backed over it. Let's also mention, when his worker returned from the supply run, they ran into my neighbor's garbage cans.Before they left, I asked if they were going to let the neighbors know. They were just going to get in the truck and drive off, again, like nothing happened.The lack of professionalism with this incident should make one weary of their service.

We used Steve Danylko land service to install a drainage system, regrade and hydro seed our lawn. Our home is at the bottom of a hill and our yard was like a swamp. We got a quote during the winter and in the spring Steve and his team came to complete the project. They installed French drains at the perimeter of our property and connected all of our existing downspouts to the new drainage system which flushes out into the street. Due to the layout of our property, Steve’s team had to uninstall and reinstall a portion of our fence, and repour part of the sidewalk. This made me nervous but they did everything the right way - you can’t even tell our fence was taken down! Overall, the project took about 4-5 days over the course of 3-4 weeks. Because this project depended on the weather, we didn’t have much notice on when they would arrive which is expected. His team did an AWESOME job. The guys were out each day working so hard and it shows. They even offered to come back and reseed any patchy areas once the grass grows in. A neighbor hired another company for a similar project and the difference between our yards is night and day. We were so relieved we went with Steve and his team. I highly recommend Steve Danylko Land Service and will definitely use them again for future projects! We can’t wait to finally use our backyard!Services: Grading & resloping

They care about the little guys. We had that we thought would be $2k but they gave us a quote for substantially less than 1. The guys, Jerry & Jared were so cheery, got along well together and the supervisor, Keith Even stopped by to check up on everyone. I will call them again & they truly remembered the little guys that do not have a commercial sized job. Very professional & friendly.

Steve quoted a price and two weeks. A month later would not answer the phone.Referred me to Eric via voice message.Eric came and will honor the price. Said he called the City which I know was untrue and than came back at thousands of dollars instead of the $200 quote.Don't walk but run from these guys!

Steve and Company did a fantastic job on my property last August. Lawn, trees and drainage. Fast, courteous, and professional. Steve stands behind his work and product. Had a few problem trees out of the trees he planted, and he came out and replaced the 6 trees. Outstanding!!!!!

Steve was very professional and courteous both while quoting the job and as well as during the completion of the job. All of his staff was professional and courteous at any given time during the job. Pricing was more than fair and the job was completed in a more than timely manner. I'd highly recommend him for any hardscape or landscaping needs.

Steve and his crew were efficient and respectful. He helped formulate a plan for our very wet yard and got to it as soon as he could. He was honest about the work he does and why he does it. Between the drainage, resurfacing, and hydroseeding I would recommend them for any job.

We love the work Steve and crew did on our property! They did retaining walls under our deck leading into the basement, drainage, soil erosion and grading. The hydro seed is coming in beautifully. Recently had my entire lawn removed and replaced by Steve and his crew. They were fast and completed the job in one day. I just asked Steve to please stop because I had a few questions for him. He showed up the same day (early evening) and addressed all my concerns.I would HIGHLY recommend his company without any hesitation. Excellent job completed in a timely manner.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Steve is very easy to work with and responded quickly and got the job done when and as promised. I didn't price shop, as he came highly recommended, but his prices seemed reasonable. Would definitely use him again.

Awesome job on my lawn! The crew put in a dry well, french drain, graded and seeded my yard and exceeded my expectations. The crew worked diligently, were easy to work with and did a great job.
