“I was having a heck of a time finding a pharmacy that would help me. I was frustrated and tired of the run around from insurance. My fiancé and I started making calls when he found Zeal. I was blown away by the customer service and dedication from the man on the other side of the phone, Jonathan. He took my information and offered to help. He called us back telling us he could help and get me my medication. Unfortunately, my insurance prohibits me using this pharmacy, but if I ever have the chance, I will be using this pharmacy. My fiancé thanked Jonathan for his time and dedication to me, and asked if he could speak to Jonathan’s supervisor. It was then we learned that the man named Jonathan was actually Dr. Ogurchak - the co-founder and CEO of Zeal. I could not believe it. He didn’t have to do that. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for Dr. Ogurchak’s time and kindness - I am thankful that he took the time to treat me like I mattered. One day, I’ll be back as a client because of a man named Jonathan.”

“If your a victim of rite aid pharmacy just sending everyone's scripts to giant eagle pharmacy without any notice at all this is where u need to transfer them! Stellar at my doctor sending few new ones, flawless and had all my insurance info and all they needed. No issue to call and speak to 1 in pharmacy. Have been trying 4 days to get refills on all refills sent there without my knowledge, no car, and can't reach anyone. Once on hold for 40mins, ai voice repeatedly saying be with me shortly every 2to3mins.”

Multiple times I have either messed something up or my doctor has sent the wrong Rx to the wrong place or my insurance is saying I’m not allowed to have the meds I’ve been taking for 20 years or whatever it happens to be that day that would traditionally make a visit to the pharmacy kind of frustrating, and both the Pharmacist and the pharmacy techs have gone above and beyond to help me get things figured out and get me the meds I needed same day and even right as I’m standing there getting things squared away.
If you need help, talk to Meis. I have seldom seen the level of care Meis takes with each person outside of maybe high end jewelry salesmen, but, let’s be honest, I’ve always kind of just assumed they’re working on commission and wanting a sale. Meis has saved me - personally - hundreds of dollars ya, easily, in the last year alone. Meis saved me over $80 on a single med *today alone* - that’s wild!”
