Scheduled an appointment with Maytag for 11/28 dryer repair. American home appliance already rescheduled my appointment. Not a good start.

Why advertise on the web when you only service the specific area your business is located? The furthest you go is Mcdonald when your business is in Mcdonald.

Herb provided excellent service and properly fixed our washer after the previous company could not. Our washer required service under the warranty and the first repair service company sent the same guy 6 times and still he could not fix the washer. We requested a second company be assigned to our case which Maytag did and they sent Herb from American Home Appliance. Herb was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and get the right parts. It ended up needing a control arm and it needed the hub replaced where the spindle connects to the gearbox. The hub was stripped and damaged and the other guy should have seen this when he had everything apart. Herb couldn't understand why such an obvious damage part was not changed by the first guy at the other company. After he had everything back together he ran all the diagnostics and it worked !
Thank you, Herb, for doing the job right and giving us back our washing machine! We will recommend this company to our family and friends!

Service from American Home Appliance was excellent. I knew I would get a call between 8 and 9 AM telling me when a repair person would show up, and Herb called me promptly at 8 AM. I asked him to show up as early as he could between 11-3, and he showed up right at 11. His service was speedy, professional, and I couldn't have asked for a kinder guy to help out. I highly recommend American Home Appliance's services!
