The thing I appreciate the most is that Steel City Storage gives you a phone number and you can call them if you have any problem and they answer you call when you call. I like the lock gate system they have where you have to put your personal code number in. What if you forget your code? Not a problem, as I said they provide a number and they will give you your code number if you forget it. The woman I always speak with is very kind and always makes you feel comfortable and always goes beyond to help you with what ever you need. Thank you Steel City for all you do to make this an awesome place to have my storage unit. Joyce Frank's
