I'm a newbie to CrossFit so I really appreciate how the instructors go over the different moves with detail and offer support. It's a great group of people to workout with as well. Everyone is kind and helpful. I've been going for almost two months and I've lost 25 pounds. I would absolutely recommend this place.

We are a strength and conditioning program based upon the functional movements of gymnastics, weight lifting, running and rowing. After running CrossFit Latrobe from 2012 thru 2020, we've re-imagined our programming, creating a better balance between Strength and Fitness, built on a foundation of a healthy diet. While we've made some changes, we're still much the same!
