“28 October 2024 - Service Department (Honda recall work). Honestly, the most impressive vehicle service department that I have ever experienced in 40 years of buying vehicles. I purchased my Ridgeline from Smail, never intending to have service work done there (closer Honda dealers around home). When it came to scheduling 2 recall repairs, I looked at the reviews. I decided to go with Smail due to their way better satisfaction rating. Glad that I did. They were extremely efficient in getting my truck queued inside, and getting me seated in a very comfortable waiting room. There guesstimate of 3 hours was correct... actually, a little better. They did a comprehensive inspection of my truck and DID NOT try to sell me any additional service work. The complimentary vehicle wash was an unexpected perk. I dealt with Tony and Brandon; they were top notch. When I got home, I did my own oil & filter change. Afterwards, I was questioning "why"? When I get through the other 2 genuine Honda filters, I'm going to start taking the Ridgeline to Smail. 4☆ because I don't give 5☆.”

“I bought my new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Limited on 10/22/24, after trading in my 2017 Crosstrek. I was assisted by John Bistline, who is their delivery specialist. He truly made the process so smooth and efficient. I drove out with my brand new vehicle that very same day, and it was John’s tenacity that made it happen. “Honest and fair. My car failed its inspection at a dealership (wanted $700) I took it to but Camarotes passed it and said it was "nowhere near bad enough to fail. Not a $700 fix." Definitely recommend!”
“Dropped my motor home off for inspection. It needs breaks worked on. So far, from what little experience I have, is positive. Everyone was professional and respectful. They gave us a ride home, and the driver was very nice and polite.

We picked up our motorhome, it was worse than we thought, but they did a fantastic job. We went camping over the weekend with no problems. Didn't put many miles on it, but everything worked well.
I do recommend this place for any repairs on any vehicle you have.

“Recently, I purchased a vehicle from Bud Smail Mercedes. I had previously utilized their service department and was always pleased. When I was thinking of trading my car in, I asked Mike, my service advisor to recommend a salesperson, who would be honest and helpful in assisting me with this process. He recommended Calogero and I was not disappointed! Calergo, took my calls and answered my questions. He was helpful, but not pushy. After I decided to purchase a vehicle, Brian Witt was extremely helpful in explaining our options and all of the paperwork. Lastly, the young man who was my concierge was extremely patient and reviewed all of the options and how to utilize them.
In short, I was very pleased with this experience and plan to continue to use this company for any servicing that I may need.

“I installed these cab mounts on my 2015 F-250, this product is great as my cab mounts were terrible. The ride in my truck is so much better. The install took about an hour and fifteen minutes (A heat induction tool is a must for this job). I was planning on this job taking 4-6 hours from all the reviews. I would recommend this product and company to anyone.”
