“I was a tenant before Storage Sense purchased the facility from the previous company. Not much changed other than the prices were raised and had to pay their unit insurance. Everything else remained the same, so it was a fairly good experience.”
“Maximum Security was so easy to work with. I was on a wait list and a unit became available sooner than expected. I had my belongings shipped to Maximum Security from out west while I was down south. Everything worked out perfectly. The unit and the grounds were always clean and neat. I have recommended them to others.”
“Storway Self Storage is the perfect place for your storage needs. Excellent pricing and super friendly staff/owner. Very safe and secure building; I have no qualms about unloading my stuff at 3 am because I know I will be safe. They are super friendly and very helpful even went as far as to help me unload heavy boxes from my jeep and into my storage space. If I could give this place 10 stars I would because they truly deserve it. It’s really hard to find good customer service these days but at Storway Self Storage, that’s all they know how to do!”

An guy named Gene helped me out when I needed a truck for moving, I didn’t even use Green Ridge storage they didn’t have what I needed available but he went out of his way and stayed on the phone with me 2 separate calls for 20 minutes each call helping me find what I needed and reserved it for me online. You rock Gene!”

“24hr storage is very convenient. Although I was stuck inside because the sensor for the gate to open on the inside wouldn't sense my motorcycle. Luckily someone was coming in at the same time and let me out.”
“After moving to the area it became pretty obvious that all of my stuff was not going to fit into my new place. Not by a long shot. So, I rented a ten by ten storage unit at Cestone. It all went very well. They have locks for sale if you need them and the person I spoke to was very helpful.”

And the office manager, Lori, is the friendliest, most helpful, kind person you can ask for to help assist. “The only reason I did not give this storage facility 5 stars is because when I closed my account, it was early in the month and even though I was charged for the entire month, I did not get any money back for the time no longer used.BE SMART:. Clean out your storage and close your account as close to the end of the month as possible so you do not accrue any more unnecessary charges.OTHERWISE: I had no problem with Grand Storage for the 3 years that I used them. I would use the facility again.”
“Customer service like the 80's when people still cared about each other and about doing a good job. Everybody in this place is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. Felt like I was in the twilight zone as you just don't get this kind of service and expertise with a friendly disposition anywhere anymore it seems. And they were all like this as I observed they were all going out of their way with the customers they were assisting. We broke down on our way to NY from VA a couple days ago, and had arranged for a truck at this location on our way. Had to totally change up reservation and timing, leave our car at the location, get to NY to do a pick up and then back to Scranton where these guys got us set up to tow my car back home behind the UHaul. These guys and gals are dialed in and actually want to help you and they do. Total difference at my drop off spot, place empty, kid up some stairs on the phone while playing video games and me yelling up the stairwell. Still didn't hear me so I had to go through 5 minutes of prompts on the phone before I got their line ringing. He bounds down the stairs, notices me there and says "oh, hey....what's up?" Hat's off to the Scranton U-Haul crew, true professionals, and made a difficult trip way, way easier for us. God bless your crew! Whoever manages this place needs a raise!”

“Secure location that is well lit and generally pretty safe. Kiosk at the entrance which makes it decent. Prices aren't ideal though compared to a few other locations that offer the same perks ie security and access. Still not a bad spot.”
“I really don't know how to rate a storage unit. Good i guess. The place was well kept and there weren't any cobwebs or anything. I didn't talk to any staff to give them a proper rating.”

“I have managed both locations in PA but left in hopes of moving back home. The owner and the regional manager are the most genuine people you'd ever want to meet. I highly recommend storing your belongings in any of their locations. The facilities are clean, safe and well taken care of. You'll deal with managers who are kind, honest and respectful! I was truly blessed to be part of the Grand Storage family!”
