“Nelson Storage has a very easy and quick move in process I was able to complete the whole move in process online and move in the same day. The units/facility are clean and well taken care of at all times. The manager, Lori was extremely helpful with the move in process including locks, paperwork and any questions or concerns I had. Anytime you need anything she is always there to help and extremely friendly. Overall I am happy I decided to chose Nelson Storage in Peckville. Great prices, staff, units and very secure facility.”
“I rented a climate controlled unit here for about a year. It was very clean. The staff was awesome anytime I had a question or needed help with anything. My stuff was safe, I felt safe going there alone… just overall awesome experience and if I need a unit again I will totally rent here again! “The only reason I did not give this storage facility 5 stars is because when I closed my account, it was early in the month and even though I was charged for the entire month, I did not get any money back for the time no longer used.BE SMART:. Clean out your storage and close your account as close to the end of the month as possible so you do not accrue any more unnecessary charges.OTHERWISE: I had no problem with Grand Storage for the 3 years that I used them. I would use the facility again.”
“I highly recommend this place!! I came across them from Facebook Marketplace and checked their site on the Internet as well. At first I was doubtful if I could get approved because my credit score wasn't great and had no co-signers to back me up for a car loan, but I had a steady work history, so I decided to give them a try anyways. The prices for their trucks and cars are a pretty good sales deal, and very reasonable. Also to mention, the vehicles offered, are high quality used vehicles in great running shape. The salesman gentleman Comrun, is an outgoing great guy and the other staff team were good as well. Comrun was very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding, to any situation of what you are looking for, and is very helpful as well. Despite my "not so great credit", and what little I had to work with, Comrun was able to work some magic for me, working hard and determined, got me approved within a short time for the 2012 Honda Civic Coupe, I was interested in. So happy!! This is a recommended place to check out if you are looking for a reasonably priced, great condition, reliable vehicle to commute with. The company is willing to work with you on getting a reliable vehicle.”
“IF YOU NEED A TOW HITCH ON YOUR VEHICLE GO HERE THE ONE GARAGE THAT SAID THEY WOULD DO IT NOT GOING TO GIVE NAMES WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME $500 CALLED A U-HAUL AS THEIR PRICES $200 LESS THEN I WAS QUOTED. PLUS I ALSO GOT THE ELECTRICAL WIRING INCLUDED WITH IT.”

I highly recommend storing your belongings in any of their locations. The facilities are clean, safe and well taken care of. You'll deal with managers who are kind, honest and respectful! “Had a hitch installed yesterday on my Bronco Sport. Arrived, was greated warmly and professionally. I sat down in the waiting area and within 2 hours I was back on the road! Everything promised was delivered and the hitch mechanic did a very good job. I am extremely pleased. I would definitely recommend this facility. I set the appointment online and picked out the parts I would need as well. The price I was quoted, was exactly what I paid.”
