I was stuck at pump car battery shortout i grew up in area were people use to help I was on my way to work u asked at least 7 people hey could u help me out I had cables hooked up would if literally taken 3 seconds of someone's time to help a guy out in his way to work but not one of thoses people driving there brand new fancy cars and trucks would even help me that's sad but that's the new America, were people only care for themselves all probly all from the city area but the gentleman working inside were as more than willing to help me out so I thank them for there time they work a 40 hr week for a living for low pay in pa and still have a heart to help out thankyou for they work hard there and deserve better money thank you for your time I'm glad your there at nights working hard and under paid and appreciated but american people are glad your there working

Your pricing on your ice cream is a concern . You have a sign up for 2/7.99 yet were charged 6.29. When I asked the employees about the pricing, they told me that was for premium only . The ice cream purchased was premium, and they then told me it was for the premium red label only . The sign does not state that it states premium. I will be contacting the bbb

That is the worst place to go. I was pulling up mine and my business at a pump. The one lady the person that works there she goes on the announcement and says pull your pants up and then she makes a joke about it with other customers in people that work there, I was in the process to pull my pants up but that does not have no concert of her. She’s old heavyset, but I don’t make fun of people. She’s a joke don’t go there don’t ever shop at turkey hill in Matamoras.

Damn near ran out of gas and had to reprime my diesel because this place can accept cash and personal credit cards but company cards are not accepted. Put some signs up instead of wasting people's time.

I gotta give props to the one gentleman, Mike. Tall fella, very helpful, and the store is always practically sparkling inside when he is working. But that one guy Vinny is absolutely repulsive. If I see him and that one older woman I'll go to the door, look in, and just leave, I'll go to another gas station. I've been a daily customer for years but now I'm ultimately a weekly customer.

Great place and everyone on the afternoon and evening shift is very friendly. Coffee almost always fresh. My only complaint is sometimes outside it smells a bit like septic smell but not sure if it's the store or one of the other buildings close by. Gabby Rules!!! ?

So this is the closet turkey hill store I have near me in New York. Very week my wife and I drive 60 miles round trip to buy 16 turkey hill diet ice tea half gallon containers. I love the diet green tea and mango, the diet blackberry tea and the diet orange tea. Most diet tea taste horrible and artificial, this tea does not have that issue. So for me it's all about the tea. With that said it's clean, well kept and well stocked at least until I show up and buy all the tasty tea.

Poor management , the manager infected the store with covid not only was employees in danger but so was regular customers that the manager is always hugging up on nasty disrespectful employees management talks to other employees an customers about other employees tells everyone why someone was fired management doesn’t enforce the masks the way they should very poor customer service with a lot of the employees management doesn’t take complaints the way their suppose to so the nasty employees never get written up nor fired employees spend more time outside then actually inside doin their jobs ....worst store in Matamoras

as of 10/29/2020 this store is infected with corona. all employees are infected. this is due to poor management. OSHA states they are supposed to supply employees with new masks every 20 min. also I herd management is requiring employees to supply their own masks and will not receive hazard pay even thought they put their employees at risk. cleaning and sanitizing is never done. managers set poor examples by walking in without masks. I also herd the manager was the one calling out that infected everyone. 3 employees are in critical condition and might not make it.
