“I dropped in to this box while I was visiting some friends in the area. This gym is wonderful! Donna was amazing! She got back to me and answered all my questions right away and was friendly and welcoming even through our email communication! When I got to the gym she and the rest of the members were just as welcoming. I got my friends to come with me and try it for the first time and Donna did a fantastic job coaching them and scaling everything appropriately for them! I have coached CrossFit myself and felt very comfortable leaving my friends in her hands! The programming was also great! Challenging enough for higher level athletes but great scaling options for beginners. I highly recommend this gym and will be dropping in here again next time I visit the area!”
“Clean Porta pottie, almost enough parking but the gateway to a wonderful whitewater river that has scheduled releases every other weekend. Intermediate river requires a real whitewater boat and some skill. Not technically a gym but that's as close as Google let's you do.”

“Really Friendly Staff here at the Matamoras location. The staff minds their business and makes you feel comfortable. I lost my apple watch the other day and they kept it safe for me until i returned.”
