I had the happy accident to go here one day when my usual barbershop was closed when I needed a haircut before an event. The staff is always professional and friendly. I've made this my barbershop of preference after I had the opportunity to get my hair cut by Alexa. She takes her time and does an amazing job. I look forward to having my haircut there again soon.

Everyone is very professional and nice. I've seen Alexis and Jaclyn on multiple occasions in Matamoras. Both did a great job. I'll definitely be going back.

I would normally recommend this company and their services as they are generally top notch BUT...Tonight I received absolutely horrible service. I checked in online. I was told there were 3 ppl ahead of me and my wait was 19 mins. 17 mins later I got a text that said go in, your next up. I understood that when I went in I would still have to wait a few moments. When the lady was finished with the gentleman she was working on she told me that there was someone in front of me. When I asked for an explanation of why the system was telling me otherwise, her response was you checked in 27 mins ago and this lady 13 mins ago so we moved her up because she was here. What is the point in using the online service if it's not going to save your spot like it was designed to? I'm trying to maintain healthy habits, what with covid running rampid again, but apparently because I was not in the building it was OK to skip me. This is not good business ethics and to be honest it was downright rude. Not only did I waste my time, but I ended up having to leave without a haircut.

Unfortunately, I was told that I could not get my hair washed because they were not allowed to blow dry any hair. When I said that the haircut cape was dirty. I was told that they can only change them every THIRD person.?I ended up getting one style of haircut on the left and one style on the right.

I love going to Great Clips. I like checking in and knowing how long a wait I’ll have. Shanae always does my hair as I request and does a great job. Only thing I don’t like is I can’t request her in advance. I like to stick with the same hairdresser. Place is always very clean and bright. Couldn’t ask for more.Service: Haircut

I dropped in to get a hair trimmed. The lady was polite, attentive and heard everything I wanted done. She showed me a couple times with the mirror and explained to best cut to fix my hair. I am so pleased and blessed me with tips on how to stop hair damage. Thank you so much.

So I’ve been going through so much and unfortunately had to cut my hair off ? my stylist even though seemed they had enough for the day and seemed very tired towards the end of the dayunderstandably, was very sweet and empathetic to me and my needs. My friend used this service and was not happy with it. She did not get a wash cut or blow dry and was told after getting started the service was not offered. She cometed her transaction but will not recommend their establishment.
