I rent $179 a month unit. I was charged $110 fee for being 30 days late. I explained there was fraud on card and the bank change the card number which I provided so they have the correct number on file. Note I paid July a day before it was due. So this $110 fee was because they could not bill for month of June $179. Predatory.

I have used them throughout the years and they have always been great. They have always been very courteous and very accommodating. For the person complaining about not getting a refund for the 2 unused weeks, that's the way most storage units / businesses operate.

I had my car parked in one of their storage spots for over a year. I paid on time and was a good renter. I ended up selling the car recently. I had paid my storage fee a month in advance. When I requested that they give me a refund for the two weeks that was left on the month. They claim that they do not give refunds for any unused time. I would never recommend.
