“5 stars overall since the people who probably do the harder work do it right. The regular workers are kind, helpful, and work hard. The woman on the phone who said she was the boss was acting like a brat. She spoke to me like she was stupid and also as though she was blaming me for her failure to do her job...the words out of her mouth showed non-understanding of my simple and clear words (did I get mail? I submitted my address correctly and here it is...) or she pretended to not understand. She was not only acting like I did not make sense or I did something wrong or was lying, but she also said things that were red herring arguments....and why were we even arguing? A simple request/question is what I provided...and I had gone and got my information verified at the post office, several days ago...and she wanted a fight and to be antagonistic. As an example, a snippet of the conversation more or less:"I have to pick up my mail at the post office is what I was told.""Why is that? That is not true.""I was not told the reason. Yes, I was picking up my mail when I was here before." (And I was told to do that again.)"Well, that is not true. There HAS to be a reason if that is true.""I did not say there is not a reason. I said I do not know the reason."Anyway, a lot of the conversation was much more upsetting. You'd have to listen to it yourself. I hope it gets out to the public soon. She should be fired.I went to the post office in person later and the clerk was wonderful. The delivery woman (?) was also wonderful. Lots of only super great things to say about them. But then a woman came out and said she was the boss (though I think she had a different accent???). Whether or not that is the same woman I spoke to on the phone....she was deprecating. She said I "NEED" to speak to her. She treated me like I am a kid who broke a cherished family heirloom. So much for respect when I am at the time when I deserve respect.I walked away since my first thought was it was the woman who said she was the boss on the phone. As I walked away, this lady tried to keep me there/stop me from leaving! So the USPS boss from my in person encounter is a serious control freak and thinks she can arrest innocent people.Ps One of the good, honest workers informed me straightaway that I did, in fact, have mail. It was put in the owner of the motel's mailbox, but it would be better if I picked it up (I agree). The "boss" on the phone never gave me an answer about my mail and gave me nothing but difficulty and rabbit hole conversation.”

“My mail lady leaves a lot to be desired, but ya can't blame the post office for that. This is like every other regular post office.. does what it's intended to do and has that classic paper smell.”

“Have used services like postage sending packages. The postmaster at this office is extreamly helpful. This is one of the offices that closes around 12. Only people who have mailboxes can get their mail but no other services. This was to save money for the postal service. Customers from this address has to go into Brownsville or Uniontown. This office is right on Dr 40 has East access should have been considered do stay open.”
