I showed up 10 min before they closed and spoke to George. After calling around for a certain part and not getting anywhere, George immediately went to the back and brought out exactly what I needed and it was way cheaper than I was expecting, he was not rushing me out and he even gave me some advice on another issue I told him about, definitely will be goin for all my future parts !

Never trust them. They sold me a transmission where they listed it as works good and it is not working at all. When tried to contact them, they said that the person who has worked with me is sick for 2 weeks. They never responded after that. When my mechanic knew about that, he told me that same story with engines happened to 2 of his customers. Moreover, when I checked the carfax history for the car from which this transmission was taken, I found it had severe front side accident with biohazard reported, which means, it was impossible for them to check this transmission.

Jordan's is great for any kinds of salvage parts for your vehicles. They are very knowledgeable and have everything cataloged so they know what they have on hand and what they don't.

Customer service was poor- called ahead to make sure the part was in stock, it was or so we all thought. Was told it would be at the place on 21 and had to drive 20 min away to the Dilner office. After an hour and 45 min I left- called in on my way home they grabbed one and brought it to the desk I'm told- it was one of 4 or 5- so why did I wait 2 hrs? And drive 2 more to get this that probably wasn't the right part anyway? Live and learn!

They gave my mechanic a engine that was to have 2002 GMC motor with 43000 miles on it. But when my mechanic put the motor in they found it wasn't the motor I paid for! It was a motor out of a with a130000 miles on it. I believe that is bait and switch!!!. I am disabled and struggling to stay afloat and a a Pennsylvania man who trying to take advantage of me and my mechanic. Shame shame shame on you . To do bait and switch single father of three girls and six grandchildren I live in west byGOD Virginia. They have names for companies like yours not ......... I don't use those words but when My mechanic they didn't care .. pay back are
