Just had excellent customer service. I had an Amazon package waiting for pickup. The young lady called the carrier to see if it was on his truck. It turned out that it was put in the wrong bin. She could have gave me a number of excuses and had me come back, but she made sure I got my package instead.

This, like the rest of the postal service is absolutely garbage. Iv been waiting for medical documents to proceed with medical treatment. This is coming from Harrisburg (may not be Marysville’s fault). However, I have lived here for 3 months and get notifications daily of mail that will be arriving and 2-3 times per week the mailbox is empty. I have saw them drive past my mailbox multiple times and not stop on days I was expected to receive mail. Amazon decided to ship me something through them and apparently there was an issue at drop off? I have a porch with a car port right next to the mailbox. Idk the problem. I was a UPS employee before and a delivery driver for them and this is unacceptable at this point. I wish we could let UPS absorb the postal service and watch reliability soar.

Your delivery lady keeps putting the wrong mail in my mailbox and she doesn't know how to read the correct address. Hire a better worker...

This use to be a good post office until Affirmative Action removed all the qualified Employees and replaced them with unqualified Employees that have darker skin. Makes sense to me... Even though I live in Marysville, I drive to the post office in Enola...

Idk why so many people has given bad reviews! This post office is very helpful, respectful & caring! Never once had a problem with them! I’ve use this post office every time I’ve needed them! Very Very kind to the elderly and to me that speaks volumes

I've never really had issues with this post office, however I can see that there has been some improvements over the past couple years. Every time I've gone in they are super nice and helpful, never had issues with my outgoing mail getting picked up and they always leave my packages on the porch at the mailbox. The only issues I've really had is them shoving packages that are a little too big inside my mailbox but that's minor. I just always worry something I order might getting cracked. I hope everyone else's issues were resolved.

Mother fell today outside their post office and was bleeding. Hit window and sidewalk. NO one came out to help her! She had to get one her scooter and drive to Dr office on broad st. To get help. So unexceptable.

Received a letter that was clearly addressed to a different street with a similar name . I placed back in box as outgoing thinking that the carrier would take to correct address. BUT no , 2 days later it was back in my box . I wrote a note pointing out the error and again set out as outgoing. Wow 2 days later it was again back in my box.Yesterday I went in person to the post office and explained the error . What a surprise today when again the same mail was incorrectly back in my box . I think someone is deliberately screwing around with this letter , the only other explanation is total and complete incompetence.

Terrible Customer Service and they close for 3 hours for lunch. Absolutely ludicrous and they should just close this post office . Only a Government Employee gets a 3 hour lunch. LOL

Employees are always polite whether at the actual post office or our local carrier. I've lived here 13 years and packages/mail has always been on time. I've never had an issue.

You do realize that it's a federal offense to be going through our packages, correct?? My package was deliberately opened and chipped upon arrive I'll be pressing charges against your office and sour faced mail woman next time, got it??

This place is horrible. Packages were being stolen. I'm a trucker. Gone all week so I left my carrier a note to deliver to my covered back porch. Packages AND mail left at garage door in the rain for a week. Then packages were stuffed in the box and literally falling out of box. Mail blowing all over the road. Note: I have a HUGE basket for packages UNDER my mailbox. Filed complaint . Useless. I have a pic but no way to post.

Horrible customer service. Attempted to ship out something today that was of a slightly larger size. I was given attitude immediately by the gentleman behind the counter who I assumed was fairly new as I had not seen him there before. He told me "good luck with that" in an incredibly rude voice and then proceeded to make me feel stupid by telling me that "this is the post office not a shipping place." I'll be driving out of my way to not deal with him again. Incredibly rude. You won't last long with that attitude.

Just being informative that your outgoing mail doesn't get picked up unless you have incoming mail.
