They made the entire process, from quote to repair to pick-up, extremely easy. They handled everything payment-wise through the other driver's insurance company. The actual repair took less than 2 days, but it looks brand new. They also gave my car a good cleaning which was much appreciated!”

“These guys are great. I brought my 2018 RAM into Smith's to repair some bad rust damage over top my windshield. Not an easy job because the windshield has to come out. They were able to successfully do it and repaired the damage: It came out great. I was required to get a few other quotes from some other body shops. Smith's beat them all by a pretty good amount. I would not take any of our vehicles anywhere else. Thanks guys fordoing such a great job on our truck.”
“These guys did amazing work on my Chevrolet Tahoe. They kept us up to date on the progress when they unexpectedly required a part that would delay the tow. They also helped communicate with the rental company when they didn’t show up on time as expected, saving me the hassle entirely. “Zack was amazing to work with! We were trying for a little while to buy a pathfinder and no other dealership/salesman could get us what we wanted but Zack did. He made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish of the process. He personally went and picked up the specific vehicle we wanted and brought it to the dealership. “Recently purchased a Highlander Hybrid. I went on Toyota's website and it said a model I was looking for was being delivered here. I called and unfortunately it was already reserved for a buyer which is the case for this high demand car. Remarkably the next day I am called and told the car is available. A few days later I'm out here buying this car. The experience with a Rahal dealership is always A plus. I have used their BMW dealership in Pittsburgh often. The facility is impeccable, employees great. My salesman Nick Fogelsanger came in on his day off to complete the process. My car was waiting in pristine condition. My complete time there wasn't more than an hour . It would of been shorter but a tech spent as much time as I needed setting up and explaining the vehicle for me.”

“I called Major's Select Collision at the instruction of a Maryland collision center where I had work completed in 2021. Brianna was so helpful and worked with me to find a convenient time for me to bring my vehicle in during my graduate school winter break. They were very kind about honoring the lifetime warranty on the work completed at at their sister facility. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. It turns out that the technician who installed the replacement rear door accidentally activated the manual child safety lock, preventing the door from operating properly. The waiting room was exceptionally clean, especially considering that this type of business involves a lot of messy liquids. I cannot comment on the cost or value of service, but I can say that the customer service was excellent. I would not hesitate to return in the future with any issues.”
“My family has bought many atvs from this location is was previously Motorvations. So I knew where to go from the beginning. I was on the look for a change and bought my first ever dirt bike. I was unsure what to get between the KLX140R and the KLX 230RS. Sue gave her honest opinion and I couldn't be more happy with the KLX250RS that I ended up getting.
