“I had an amazing experience with the gentleman here at Avis. He was very friendly and diligentThrough the whole rental experience. He told me he was new to the position, we hit a snag with my credit card payment but he Was quick to troubleshoot and figure out the problem.On top of that when I was moving my baby's car seats to the rental my personal car battery died and he came out to help jump It. I wish I could remember his name but I just wanted to give him a lot of credit and Hope that He moves up quick we need more people like him in the service industry. I recommend Avis to anybody especially Avis here at the Altoona airport”
