“Sorry about Mr latkers poor reveiw !! I currently work for forresters . Mr latker dropped his car off @ Forresters w/o scheduling an appointment. We advised him that our schedule was full for 3-4weeks before his car could start repairs. Mr Latker said take ur time no hurry !!! During repairs the shop owner had health issues which lead to a 3 week hospital stay . Mr latker inquire about his auto while owner was hospitalized. He proceeded to call directly to mr forresters.hospital room. Also it was a merceedes and parts took 3 wks to receive . HOW DISRESPECTFUL!!!! the 2nd car we repaired had a bad battery an was left runnin on occasion to charge battery . Cd's was not stolen . Mr latker upon pickin up cars proceeded to insult Mr forrester repair ability an use profanitys repeatidly !!”

They were able to get me in immediately and even had to order a part because my car exhaust system is weird got it delivered within a few minutes. And had me in and out of the shop in about 30 minutes with my car working perfectly. Super nice guy. And very reasonable pricing. Would recommend highly.”

“Needed my windshield replaced. Replacement itself was quick and seems well done other than that there was no tape on it when I left and the instructions said to remove the tape after a few hours so not sure if that was overlooked or if it wasn’t needed.Main reason for deducting a star is because I went in for an in person quote prior and they said the price would be at least $100 above what it actually ended up being per the online quote. Do not appreciate the upcharging that would’ve happened if I didn’t check and pay online”
“I had extensive damage after hitting a deer. Everywhere I called was scheduling into January and February. I found Rhodes on Google saw he had some good reviews and went with him. He had my car back to me in 2 weeks!! It looked brand new. He did excellent work and even detailed it inside and out!!
