Over the years, I have noticed that it is the same staff. It is a good sign if you can maintain employees. I would recommend anyone looking for quality car service to come here.”

“We were on a roadtrip from Philadelphia to Indiana Dunes National Park and on day one had not one, but two tire blow-outs on 76W. The first one we had a spare tire for but when the second one happened, we were stuck with no spare (and of course it was 6pm so most places were closed. I happened to call Kress Tire Company and as luck would have it, they had the trailer tires that we needed!
We ended up safely and slowly getting our truck and trailer off of the highway and spent the night at a hotel in Cranberry, PA. First thing this morning my husband was at Kress to get the first tire replaced and then put that on and towed the trailer right there to get the other 3 replaced just to be on the safe side so that we had a spare tire again in case of another emergency. He said that the group at Kress could not have been better people or more helpful and we couldn't be more grateful for them having what we needed and getting us fixed up and back on the road by 10am.
Would highly recommend them for tire service if you are in the area!

“I had a hitch installed and it was a great experience. They were easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and quick. I've had others install a hitch on different vehicles in the past and they did such a better job. They took the time to route the wiring exactly where it should go instead of just tossing it in and hanging it out through the rear gate. The cost was more than fair. “I was traveling from Ohio to Pittsburgh when I found a screw in my tire. I have roadside warranty for Mr. Tire, but the closest one was 30 minutes away. It was a Saturday and most places closed at 1:00 and so we had to make it work or wait until Monday. Thankfully, we were able to stop to put air in twice and make it to Mr. Tire. They were able to fit it in when their next tech was available. Zero hassles, which has been every experience I have with Mr. Tire. Being a female, you never know how you might be treated in a situation like this, yet every time I have dealt with anyone from Mr. Tire at ANY location, I ALWAYS feel safe, heard, and understood. This is the fourth different location and I cannot tell you how much that means to my peace of mind. I don’t want to go somewhere else if something goes wrong—I need to find a way to make it to Mr. Tire.”

“I found a slow leak on a tire, and went to Costco Tires to check it out. As I bought the tires from Costco, they will fix all leaks free (when a leak is safe to be patched). I found out about the leak at the last minute, so went without an appointment. Kim was great, and was able to accommodate me, Andy fixed the tire within 35 minutes (they originally estimated 1 to 2 hours). A big thank you to Costco Tires! The Tire Center is located in the main lobby itself with the shopping carts (not inside the shopping area), and the parking area for the Tire Center is located around the left side of the building - see photos.”

He knew how much I care for my car and made sure it was perfect. A deer ran into my car and so I needed a ton of key work to repair it.
