“The staff at Flynn's Wexford was most helpful in making sure I selected the appropriate tires. After ordering, I was advised via text that they had arrived the next day. You can order tires online as well, both without paying for them in advance. Since the installation can be via walk in service, I was surprisingly in and out in a couple of hours, even after having an alignment service. Prices are competively reasonable. Balancing and installation is free. I will be back.”

“I found a screw in my tire, called Kress to see if I needed to book an appointment, they told me that wasn’t necessary and to “come right in”. The total wait time from me walking in the front door to walking out with a repaired tire took about 40 minutes. And again, that’s with NO appointment. Not to mention the price for a patched tire was very fair. I’m very impressed with how quickly they got me in and out the door, and the fairness of their pricing. Will definitely be coming back for any tire-related services moving forward!”

“Brought my vehicle for ABS light on, they diagnosed the problem called me and kept me informed about my vehicle felt very confident and comfortable with the service so I had them check and repair other things. “Had an issue with two front tires for my 33 foot RV. This rig is new, with 16 inch aluminum rims and Hankook Dynapro HT tires. From the first phone call to the stellar diagnosis and analysis, both David (operations manager) and Robert (Master Tech) were the best. They listened without dismissive attitudes. They have the Hunter Road Force Elite tire balancer for proper diagnosis and correction. Commercial ops are not the prettiest places but that is because real professional work is being done! 5 stars”

“I had a weird glitch with my car. Arriving there with my windows stuck open, the techs moved my car inside and got right to work. They had to keep it over night but the best day called me several times giving me play by play updates so that I was aware of what was going on. Overall everyone was kind and very helpful which was great in way was a stressful and confusing car issue.”
“This was another very satisfying trip to Firestone in Wexford. I had made a state inspection appointment for Thursday, but when I got there, the service manager discovered that I had no current registration or insurance paper........ So I went back home and spent a couple hours getting those things fixed. Called for another appointment on Friday, which was perfectly timed. The inspection took barely an hour, was reasonably priced, and included a 15% off coupon I received online. I've been using Firestone off and on for years. While the building seems to be aging, the personnel have always been polite and helpful. I'm very happy with my experiences at Firestone. (Several years ago, I purchased tires for my car there. Last year, one of my tires kept going flat. I ended up at Firestone, where I learned to my surprise that they fixed my tire - huge nail embedded in it! - for free because, although I didn't remember at the time that I had even gotten Firestone tires, I was a Firestone customer. It was a very pleasant surprise!)”

“I had a great experience at this tire center. I ordered tires in house. I waited entirely too long to get tires ordered. They were bald. Tires at Costco arrived within 7 days. They scheduled my appointment the very next day at 4:45. Needless to say it snowed hard the afternoon of my scheduled appointment. Roads were terrible. Traffic was terrible. And although I left work at 3:30 (usually a 20 minute drive) , I didn’t make it to Costco until 5:30. They kindly took me anyway-even though I was nearly an hour late. Had my tires done within an hour. Everyone was pleasant and kind. 10/10 would recommend.”

“Needed 2 tires to complete my car inspection (at another vendor). Ordered online from Walmart on a Monday afternoon (included free shipping) with expected delivery to the Gibsonia center on Thursday am, so made an appointment for installation at 7 am on Friday morning. Tires were shipped from Florida, arrived when expected. I checked in for my appointment Friday for installation (as they opened) and was out by 7:35. *Noted that, when they test drove it after installation, they had the steering wheel wrapped in plastic to avoid getting it dirty... nice touch! Kudos to Jay (tech) and his assistant (Dev?) as well as Erik who checked me out at the counter when done.”
