We have been going to Myoma for many years with multiple pets with an array of problems. Dr. Haywood has taken every comment about my pets' health very seriously and ALWAYS gotten to the bottom of things and really improved the quality of life of my pets. We are very lucky.

Dr. Haywood is the best veterinarian I've ever dealt with. She cares, always reasonable on cost and takes my opinion on my pets into consideration in treatment. I've taken my own cat here when he was sick and he visits regularly being as he is elderly. I've also taken 2 strays in on my own kind heart and dollar to her and to which she was also amazing her secretary is also amazing. Being a vet in sure they are busy. There is lots of animals in need besides mine. I can tell you she cares about animals more than she cares about the dollar figure. She is kind understanding and patient she doesn't throw unnecessary treatments out there just to gain a buck likeive experienced with other vets, and she's always sure to inform me on things so I'm well knowledgeable on diagnosis symptoms and treatments. If I could write a 1000 good reviews for this woman I would. Best vet around and most importantly cares and isn't overly priced

I'd leave a zero if I could. My opinion is she, Dr.Cheryl, as she likes to be called. Is all About The Benjamin's!. Yesterday I called to bring one of my cats in and instead of just saying "No. We're Booked" The Receptionist said that she call me back after she talks to the Vet. A few minutes later The Receptionist called me back and said it would be over $90.00 for the office visit and probably another $200 for X-rays. Obviously, I declined. This after a had my daughter take a stray up there this year, basic to have it put down. Well $300 later she convinced my daughter that the stray cat would be ok sent it home with us. It suffered and died overnight. I never got an apology or phone call from Dr Cheryl about this and then to rub salt into the wound she charged us to cremate it. I was pissed. I live a stone throw away from this place, this is the only benefit I can see. But never again I'm done going there. Do yourself a favor and try Hufnagle vet hospital in Harmony. He genuinely cares about the animals. He's my age , 61. Could be living the good life retired, but he says he loves helping animals. So he's going on. He gives a Veteran and public Service (Police and Fireman), discount along with a 3 percent cash discount. When I asked Dr. Cheryl about a Veterans discount, she said "I Don't Do That, but Thanks for your service" condescendingly. I'm surprised there aren't more negative feedbacks, but I guess people are afraid to burn a bridge. I'm not, cause I'm not going back there!

Long wait for food to arrive. Not the waitresses fault.

Dr. Haywood has been a blessing to us and our animals. My poor little 15 year old chihuahua had major stomach issues . She listened, asked questions, and then laid out a comprehensive plan. ......Previous vets couldn't seem to help her......but now under her care, she has been so much better!! Thank you Dr. Cheryl! Love , from Dolce.

Had a great experience. The vet was comfortable with our Rottie, she quickly realized he was harmless and was the first to be able to draw blood from him in a few years. It was a great experience for my wife and I and especially our dog.

Dr. Haywood is amazing and has taken great care of my multiple cats. She is compassionate, friendly, and always very thorough with my pets. Not only do I feel like I get the best care for my kids, but her rates are very reasonable and saved me quite a bit of money when my kitty needed surgery. Beyond all of that, I simply trust her 100% with my kids and they are family to me.

My puppy is sick and I called because that's were I take my other dog The receptionist was very rude Said they were booked but I asked to talk to the vet and she hung up on me I called back and told her my puppy's not breathing right it might not make it if it's not seen she said I don't care it's not my puppy So I called back again to try to talk to the vet and the lady just kept hanging up on me If you don't like your job or animals you shouldn't be working at a vet's office

Dr. Haywood and her staff are wonderful! I am so glad I found them! They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate and take the time to address any concerns both in the office and over the phone. My skunk, Stanley, had an emergency and they got him in very quickly, even though he was a brand new patient and had never been seen there before. Dr. Haywood diagnosed his wound as having a strep infection and he was treated and healing within a few days. It's not easy to find care for exotics, and Myoma definitely exceeded my expectations.

The office was dingy and didn't feel clean. Even her lab coat was really gray and dingy. She dianosed my mother's dog well, I think. The medication was upcharged quite a bit, which is not okay to do to older people in my opinion. Also, you may want to know that they are like the mask gestapo-- telling an eighty year old woman "Pull up your mask! Cover your nose too!" It's a little over the top. We will probably not be back.
