We just bought our side by side off of Moodys and we couldn’t say enough positive things about them. The owner and employees were not pushy at all and were very helpful. They had exactly what we were looking for and any accessories they didn’t have in stock they put on order for us. We can’t wait to break in the new toy and use them for any future purchases or accessories. I highly recommend this dealership!

These guys have a lot of stock! They're like one of the ONLY Can-Am dealers in the Beaver County, Cranberry, Mars, Wexford, Pa area too! I was met by the owner's son who was really helpful & seemed motivated to make a sale. I couldn't believe that most of the inventory was priced higher than new car! I flip houses too & some of these machines were priced higher than houses I've bought! I have looked around at other places too & these guys seem to be a tad bit higher on their prices by $300-$500 than some of their competitors. I liked how they offer some used inventory too. That seems hard to find now these days at off-road dealerships. I really wish they were able to get the Can-Am spyders in since that's going to be one of my next purchases!

Had what I needed on hand! I drove 4 hours one way from Ohio to get a set of doors for my ‘23 Ranger 570 SP. With a back order situation from Polaris, I was delighted to find that they had some doors on hand! Professional and friendly sales/service. Highly recommended! Thanks again guys!

Great place no pressure salesmen. Answered all questions an got a good price 1yr. Warranty an they delivered it to my property. Had my last Polaris for 23 yrs. An it's running strong it's just rusting out from under me. So hope to have my 450 sportsman for the same amount of time. Thanks guys

Excellent experience! Scott was very helpful and not pushy at all. He helped me buy a side by side and accessories that I needed but didn't over sell me. Justin thoroughly explained the machine itself and was super helpful and knowledgeable. They have a customer for life now!!

Stopped by to buy a quad. The owner (who doesn't have to pay a sales commission) wanted me to pay MSRP plus 3 other "misc" fees. After leaving, I see the next day he increased the price $194 OVER MSRP. Everyone is entitled to maximize their profit, but when it's obvious that they'd rather squeeze an extra dime out of a potential customer vs making money while building a relationship...let's just say there are better dealerships in the area. But if paying over sticker price is your thing, this is your place. Edit...3 months later and it is now marked up an additional $506. Went from 9,499 to 9,693 to now 10,199. You just can't make up this stuff....smh.

This dealer is the rudest dealer I have dealt with ,they had a unit on the floor but not all the parts was on it ,I was told I could not put money down on it because they don't take money down on units that do not run ,but no ones name was on it and I would be first to be notified when it was available, this was a 3 month process and I called about every 3rd week to see progress and was assured that I was still at the top ,only to call the last time and tell me that it was sold to someone else and they forgot to call me ,everyone there was supper unprofessional and very rude ,I really don't know how they sell anything ,there are way to many dealer to mess with these clowns just wish they would not have wasted 3 month for me

DO NOT BUY HERE. This was the worst buying experience of my entire life. You would think when spending over 20K they would be a little more polite and attentive. I don’t even think they have call waiting! The phone is always busy. When you do get through they leave you on hold for 45 minutes or so. After 3 days of attempting phone called and being on hold I was finally able to talk to a very rude salesman. I was told the machine was available through Facebook messenger and they had three units available. After the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life I was told the machine was not available and to have a nice day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE AND I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO BRP ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE.

GREAT experience! Scott, Justin & Bruce are always easy to deal with & very knowledgable about the products & service. Especially Scott, anyone that knows me, I will ask a bunch of ?’s & usually drive dealers crazy ? I recently picked up my ‘22 Polaris VR1 I snowchecked back in March. Scott was very helpful with consistant updates on my sleds arrival which was greatly appreciated. When picking up my sled this past Friday (Christmas Eve), Justin went over all details regarding the sled, took his time & explained everything thoroughly…again VERY much appreciated! I would hands down recommend these guys if you are looking to buy Polaris or SkiDoo sleds & side by sides. Thank you! DW (Erie, PA)

This is the worst repair service at a dealership ive dealt with so far. not sure what i did to upset these guys do not seem to care about me my polaris or my business been over 7 months theyve been telling me they cant get parts because of covid to fix my rzr. Insurance has paid them and in 7 months all communication has been initiated at my end. Maybe moody is really a verb? I do not recommend getting in this situation, if i take it from them i have to again add more work for myself fixing and paying for parts then going after them for the money. I try to remain loyal due to trusted recommendations but im not feeling like they could possibly be getting the same treatment and feel this is the best place to go for polaris. Not feeling it anymore. Only been going to them 2.5 years but they no longer will have an opportunity to do this to me again. and as much as i hate to complain i feel a need to get the word out so im calling bbb and polaris and will be some bad reviews hitting the web this weekend.
