Don't even ever try to deposit checks at this branch. The scanner has NEVER scanned a check, and won't accept any deposit, go down the street and moment's later you are successful at another Mars branch, have never had this issue at any other branch, actually. Called to ask a simple question about my debit card and account. My card wasn’t working and i asked her for help, she basically sat there and gave me attitude, and told me i need to come into the bank. I asked if it can be fixed over the phone and she goes “ Ya uhh you’ll need to come into the bank.” I then asked why we can’t fix it over the phone... which she responded with a very dull “ Ya uhh you have to look at your account.” What does that even mean? Is her only job to sit there and not do anything all day? I’m switching banks.

This bank is doing things right. The bank employees are friendly, and personal. They get to know you and your needs. It's old school yet refreshing. This is a people world. They want to make sure that you are leaving happy

You pay them to have a account but they will NOT cash a Check you write out to pay people at their locations if they are not a customer of Mars bank. What a joke.This bank will never have my business again.
