I really do like this firing range and most of the staff is great. I’ve been there 3 times but my problem is their range safety worker. He’s a really nice guy and you can tell he cares. But he hovers around and is constantly giving my gf and friends unsolicited advice. When somebody is shooting he’ll be talking to another person in the group and critiquing how they shoot. My wife said she felt uncomfortable because it felt like the guy was breathing down her neck. Yelling tips like “lean forward like I taught ya!” It was her first time shooting so I was focused on safety, not so much technique. Things like this happened all three times with the same guy!
TLDR Range safety should offer advice when asked and understand when their company is not needed.

Really cool atmosphere. Friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Excellent vibe for adult firearm shoppers. Fair prices. I was tempted to buy something even though I was only accompanying a friend. The four star rating was only because I didn't use the indoor range and facilities that appeared top-notch.

Went there tryna sell them some guns or trade 1 an sell 1 both guns together are over 600 dollars both are new an never used long story with that ill just say pandemic an buying a house pushed things back. Any way went there to see what they’d offer an they said theyd gimme 100 bucks for the guns even though they never been used. Place is a rip off an will never go there again the employees are dumb an dont ever try to help customers they was all sitting around on there asses no where near the front counter. Dont waste any time going there you eill just leave pissed. Find some where else there alot of place that are way better then this place.

Been there a few times
I wanted to check it out & been considering joining a range as I just moved to the area.
I'll say it's about the "coldest" gun shop I've been in. 1st time there,
couple guys were standing around the front desk bullshitting with themselves. I glanced at them a few times thinking maybe one of them would walk over.
Never asked if I needed help nor an acknowledgment coming in the door.
& that's kinda how it went the last few times I stopped into the shop. Your staff looks grumpy & lack any customer service.
They do have a great selection of new guns but high end of pricing. Very low selection of used. But I honestly think they have no motive to sell you anything considering no one will show you service.

This place is liberal. Don't go here. The workers are rude and hang up on customers who call asking to register voters to support 2nd Amendment Rights. Support Big Buck Sport & Gun Shop in Wexford who actually do allow voter registration in support of gun rights.

I called to get some service and spend some money on a new shotgun and some lessons. The person who answered the phone was completely uninterested in providing help or service. I bought the new gun at another shop and spent another several hundred dollars on peripheral supplies.

This a great place... minus 1 old range master that dresses like he just rolled out of bed and gets off on yelling a people for no good reason and ruining their enjoyable range season. I canceled my membership the next day and now go to the Wexford game lands and another gun club that promotes enjoyment and interaction with other people at the range who are also enjoying themselves. Hopefully they fired that guy. Other than that, it's a great place.

I belong to 3 indoor ranges in the area and this is absolutely the most friendly and best equipped.
