I have gotten some of the worst haircuts from this place over the last year. People are nice enough. They just don’t know how to cut hair.

I have visited this salon a few times, and generally, it has been satisfactory. However, my most recent experience was unpleasant. After I explained to the stylist how I wanted my hair done, her first question to me was, "Where are you from?" As a minority, I look different from the majority of people living in this area. My ethnic group does not have a large presence here, so I simply get this question because of my skin color.
In other words, if I looked like a typical American, she would not have asked me that as the first question. Having lived in the US for a decade and raising a family here, it was disheartening to be asked such a question by a stranger. It made me feel unwelcome and as though my presence was unusual or unwarranted. Not knowing how to respond, I simply mentioned my country of origin.
This behavior of the stylist is a typical microaggression. It is hard to pinpoint exactly what is wrong, but it is a form of discrimination that makes people really uncomfortable. Despite my polite demeanor, the stylist proceeded to inquire about my job, which only added to my discomfort. It made me feel like I do not deserve to live in this area or receive her service if I do not have a decent job. This experience left me feeling really bad and reluctant to return to this salon.

Got haircut twice at this location. Disappointed both the times. $24 for hair and shampoo is way too much for the service we get here.
Requested style: Low fade on the side and back, but that's not what I got. Also the hair around the side burns were never trimmed or shapped properly. I generally wouldn't write a bad review but if I am writing you can imagine how disappointed I am with the service.
Stylist: Had the haircut done from the same stylist both the times. Instructions are not followed properly.

You check in on the app, go to salon you need to once again check in however they tell you to take a seat.......several others walk in and get immediate attention and are double checked in.....system is whacked out. It should not be this difficult to get a haircut

People shouldn’t be licensed to cut hair here. Needed a cut fast because my barber was booked and this lady jacked my hair completely
