Very clean and neat store. Big parking lot and gas station area. Inside is roomy. The employees are very courteous and helpful. I always try and stop at this location if I'm over this way.

Nice facility, and the coffee was excellent and again better than Starbucks.. I see on google that too many complain at Starbucks about Bartistas not giving straws. I had no problem using a straw to stir my cream and nutrasweet into my coffee.

we bought expired donuts (expired almost a month ago) and went to return him, first the guy tried to ring them up??? then we tell him that all of those donuts expired on the same day and brought them up to the counter, he says “okay i’ll go put them back” ??? hello?? also part of the job is making sure all of the foods are up to date. didn’t get the guys name but he was a younger boy.

Maybe avoid doing online orders for the cafe here. I placed an order online & went to pick it up, to be met with 3 team members asking for proof of payment. If you’re unfamiliar with the mobile ordering, you can’t place an order without paying online. It’s not an option. Wasted time I didn’t have for an impossible issue. If I order online, I pay online. [obviously I showed them proof, but it heavily takes the convenience out of mobile ordering & wastes time]

Nice looking store but not at all convenient. No one else in front of me and it still took 12 minutes to get an iced coffee.

Customer service has always been acceptable but the food is complete garbage and out of the past 5 times that I have been there, there has been no receipt paper in the pumps and I had to walk inside for a receipt.
