I don't get impressed by hotels a lot since i travel a lot but this is probably the biggest and best double tree I've ever been in. According to the staff it used to be a Sheraton which makes sense because it's on sheraton drive when you're driving in. It's a nice hotel and the breakfast is exceptionally good for hotel breakfasts. The cooking staff are talented and it really made my morning because I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the eggs, bacon and sausage. Usually i expect hotel eggs to be either wet and runny or rubbery but it was really good, restaurant quality good. I usually expect hotel bacon to be a charred mess and the sausages to be half burnt half unthawed but it was clear they took some care into preparation because i can tell the ingredients were the same as the other places but the quality was so much superior. Major props to the chefs, January is a slow time so there's not a lot of people but they were still swapping stations with fresh food. It definitely looks like they care about quality a lot. I'm definitely going choosing this hotel in the future for this location.

Nice property , clean room , friendly staff. . Would have gotten 5 stars if the price hadn’t changed from the 12 hours simce I looked iup the rate on Hilton website . Also, My room was 61 degrees when I checked in. They did have it fixed fairly promptly but had some issues with it over night being too warm and not going down .I forgot my tooth brush and they were apparently all out at their store or front desk . And I found out after already in the shower there was no conditioner left. ? I also don’t like that there is no way to turn off exhaust fans in bathrooms . They are loud and run continuously.

DONT LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND!!We are long-standing Hilton Honors members and we’re very disappointed with the service here. We had a nice stay here until we realized there were 2 items of clothing left in the closet. We called the front desk and housekeeping located the items. The staff member indicated that the items would be sent to the address on file. After a month passed and no response, we contacted the hotel. We were then asked if we completed an online form? This member said the form must be completed first and would email us the link. Once again no reply and another month passed. We finally spoke with Nathan and he said “no one has ever had issue receiving the link.” He adamantly replied “we will NOT be paying for your shipping.” It was almost laughable as how much could shipping cost for 2 items of clothing? Months had passed since our stay as well!Corporate was finally notified & the management at the hotel was contacted. Sadly our items had been now discarded.CUSTOMER DISSERVICE

Front Desk Supervisor Lori was super-great! A welcome feeling after a long drive for our overnight stay here. Checking back with me to make sure all was good. Nicely done! 5-Star service, Lori!4 Stars for the room itself. TV signal dropped out every few minutes. The same thing happened in a different room on a different floor the last time we stayed here. Also, maid service needs to add "check for used coffee filter pack". I had to dump and clean up the moldy pack in the in-room coffee maker.

Complained about the heat in the room. The temp was set super low. The room never got below 74 degrees. It also rose as hot at 77 degrees. We stay 2 nights . Nothing was done. The hallways were extremely hot as everyone walked through them complained. Called the front desk again sat night. The lady was rude. Lori, I believe, was her name. She would give her last name when I said I was going to call corporate. We stay here with 30 people. No matter what floor they were on. They said the room was really hot . At the desk, she said theres Nothing they can do. She did say because it was 50 degrees only December. That's why the rooms and hallway were so hot.. are you kidding me.!! Who trained her.

Came to stay for one night on my road trip. It was an easy check in service and great night stay. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The atmosphere was definitely interesting, everyone was getting ready for nightlife while I was getting ready for bed so the party people were out. I was offered fresh cookies upon check in which is always a plus. The TV could definitely use an update, it froze every few seconds. I’m also not a fan of a shower mat because I don’t even want to know what’s under it. Overall it did the job and I would stay again!

The Room was standard as we were there for a wedding. The lobby area is huge and was a nice spot to relax while waiting for others, or decompressing at the bar after coming back. The pool was amazing and the kids loved the fact that it is an indoor/outdoor space.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Favourite feature is the mobile check-in and digital room key (all of it can be done on your cell phone). Absolutely incredible for when you're checking in late and don't want to have to hang around the front desk. Relatively quiet area, although at times the lobby gets busy with families/kids. Pet friendly too, which is another reason we keep coming back. No complaints. Will be returning!

I was not impressed! We paid $250 for a room with a king bed.Nothing spectacular and it was a Friday night with a weekend event going on. I've spent less and got more at other Hiltons. There wasn't any soap to wash your hands with, dirty towels hanging up in the bathroom and th iron didn't work. There wasn't any information in the room about the restaurants. The breakfast buffet was good but overpriced! $18. We will continue to stay at Hilton hotels maybe this one they were just in over their heads with all the people they had staying there. The staff was friendly!Noteworthy details: No carts available so we had to make multiple trips to bring our luggage.

Great hotel. Amazing lobby. Lots of eats close by. Very clean and the room was reasonably priced. Only complaint is that the restaurant is extremely over priced.

We were in town for a festival and couldn’t get a room thru the organization. But Hilton Hotel rewards helped us get a room at the last moment. We were very impressed with the Room, Hotel, and services. We would love to come back.Noteworthy details: We were impressed getting fresh chocolate chip cookies ? when checking into the hotel. It was a nice touch for a first time stay!

Off of the highway, so you get a lot of highway noise in your room. Room was clean and tidy, staff was very nice and accomodating- breakfast and bar was good. Will be back.

This was a last minute decision to shorten our travel day to Phili. Beautiful lobby and fantastic front desk customer service. We had dinner in the lobby restaurant and we’re pleasantly surprised by how great everything was. Our son loved the indoor/outdoor pool. The room could use a little refresh but was very clean! If you have a balcony room expect road noise but it’s nothing a bit of white noise can’t tackle. Overall a great road trip overnight stop!!

Rooms are a bit dated, but were clean. Lots of great amenities! Dog friendly, and we didn’t get a fuss about it. Rooms can have up to two dogs, combined weight up to 75 lbs, which they don’t advertise on the website. Very clean for a pet-friendly hotel! The only drawback is that there tend to be *a lot* of families with screaming children. Not the hotel’s fault by any means.
