This is the 3rd time now in the last year I've showed to drop a package off only to be greeted by a sign on the door stating "store closed." This was during posted normal business hours and just today I saw l employees still inside. So, now, I will not hold off on leaving a one star review any longer. Fairly unacceptable for a "small" company like FedEx.

Crystal has always been accommodating and works hard! I had a visit recently where she not only met my expectations but she exceeded them. All in all, I’ve been to this location numerous times in the last 3 years and everytime I come here, I was treated well. Team members are courteous and everyone works hard. Keep up the great work FedEx team of Cranberry!
UPDATE: Service been going down hill here at this location. That guy name Mark is just terrible. Acts nice but not helpful at all in multiple incidences. Every time I go there, I hope to NOT see or deal with Mark.

I've had a package sitting in there for 4 days now all it has to do is be delivered to Home Depot in Cranberry 3 Mi down the road what's the problem FedEx I've heard this from many people.

This Fedex Center (located next to Cranberry township) can take and develop Canadian passport photos in minutes. The photos will have inner and outer dimensions that match the Canadian passport photos specification. The only thing they cannot do is to cut out the photos as they do not have the cutting template for Canadian sizes, but that is something that can be quite easily done at home with a paper cutter. The photos will already have guideline markers on them to aid in the cutting.No appointments are needed, just walk-in for all photos (US or Canadian passport photos etc.). Their prices are available online.

Paid the $10.00 they hold for making 5 copies. They never put the $10.00 back in my account. Store manager gave me a number to call that guy gave me a different number. That guy told me I had to do it on line. Went on line no option to get your$10.00 back for copies on line. Nothing like paying an extra $10 to make 5 copies
