It’s wonderful seeing smiling helpful faces when you’re under the weather. I so much appreciate the staff at the pharmacy. Today I was in and out so quickly. I didn’t feel like a number. They answered my questions with care and kindness. I also forgot a question,being when you’re not feeling well you can’t think straight, so when I called back they were super helpful and kind answering that one as well. Thank you so much! I appreciate you all very much!

This is the slowest and most ignorant pharmacy in town. You stop to pick up prescriptions and they tell you when you get there oh we r out come ba ck Monday. On Monday u get there at 4 pm and it just came in that's why it's not filled. Last timrcouldn'tget a particular strength. Call them first to. See if they are able to fill it and what year before you gomake a trip. It's easier to change insure than to use this pharmacy.get a particular strength

Prices are 50% more than walmart or MRSP for most items, big RIP OFF store. avoid if possible. No wonder very few people shop here, its the next bed bath and beyond if they continue their current practices.

The phone answering system is horrible on hold for 20 mins while driving to the store. Needed antacid pill and get to parking lot to be told they don't have any. Great phone calling service

Terrible pharmacy. The techs there never have our Rx filled on time, even though the calls into / messages from the pharmacy indicate otherwise. My family will no longer frequent this establishment.

Stopped to get antacids because I haven't been eating healthy and I'm old! Travel pack of tums with 8 tablets cost $3.69 Container of the same at target with 72 tablets $2.29 Cmon man!

Time after time, this drive thru pharmacy outdoes itself with being the worst! There is a heavier- set, white woman there that gives the customer massive amounts of bad attitude and there is a middle eastern woman there that should absolutely never be a customer- facing employee. The management of the pharmacy seems to pay no attention to what is taking place with these two. The manager needs to be fired for neglecting duties and for not training staff.I receive over a thousand dollars a month in prescriptions from that location. With the white woman, I was being charged for a prescription and it was supposed be a zero dollar co pay. When I asked her about it, she told me that I should feel lucky that it isn't more because everyone else pays more. I asked her to look up my past orders to see where the problem lies. She said that she did that and still charged me! I had to get reimbursed from my insurance after the sale.

Went to CVS pharmacy for first time with new prescription. Pharmacist stated that it would be filled in 15 minutes and would call when done which never did receive a call. Went back 20 minutes later it was done and cost $133.00. I was told of no discounts to reduce price just asked if I had a CVS card I did not said to push the no refuse. When I got home and looked up the drug because of the cost andCVS participates with 3 different discount cards that reduce the price to $49.95 for the prescription. How inconsiderate and disrespectful by a healthcare professional not to make me aware of this since it was a new prescription and I had never dealt with their store before.

I was sent an email by CVS corporate 3 minutes ago saying Mars had boosters available so I called. It's later in the day and we all know not everyone shows for these shots. I was told rudely by the female pharmacists that they were booked for 3 weeks. Really? So every single person booked for today showed? I really doubt that. She didn't want to be bothered. CVS corporate tracks shots. They know if there are left overs. 900 CVS stores will close this year acccording to The New York Times and this is why. This CVS has always been a mess but my conversation with this employee really proved why.

I guess my complaint is with CVS as a whole I tried calling to talk to someone at the store and ended up talking to someone that works for a call center in a different country. I couldn't understand her and she couldn't understand me. What is going on in this world where a local store doesn't have someone answer the phone in the actual building u call.
