I went to Casa D Oro to get something beautiful to celebrate a milestone in my life!!Lisa Poffenberger helped me to find the perfect watch!! Unsure as to why the reviews are low for this business. I purchased a watch here and the experience was top notch. They have an amazing selection fairly priced as well. I would recommend this store and will be a continuing customer.

The staff is wonderful, and I was so pleased with my rings. I had the size of a few rings adjusted and a ring of my mother’s restored. They did a fabulous job!

bought a wedding ring from casa Doro most of the time it's in my drawer I usually only wear it when going out had it cleaned & checked every 8 months while at dinner, my diamond must of came loose & fell out, since the prongs are cheaply made! hearts of fire i can't afford to buy a new diamond, so it sits in the drawer in my sixties & retired, so NO EXCUSE FOR THE DIAMOND COMING LOOSE

Ms. Lisa Poffenberger provided outstanding customer service during our visit. She was the consummate professional: friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She made us feel like VIPs from the second we walked in and her exceptionally caring service and personal touch made the entire trip worthwhile. The merchandise purchased is exquisite and we obviously like the items, but Lisa made our visit a First Class experience. She is the epitome of customer service!!

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish! The entire team was very knowledgeable of the watch I was interest in, and took the time to guide me through the sale. They explained all the features of the watch and sized it for me as well. I would (and will!) highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an Omega watch!

I have an inlay ring that was purchased from Casa D'Oro twenty-three (23) years ago. It was damaged in February 2023 and I contacted Casa D'Oro asking for help to have it repaired. I was fortunate that the call was answered by Lisa Poffenberger. She researched "old" records, made several calls to determine who might be able to make the repair and called me with three (3) options. With her input, I made the decision to have it sent to a company in CA. The repair was made within 30 days and the ring has been restored to its original beauty. I will always be grateful that Lisa went above and beyond to deliver excellent quality service!

I had a great experience at Casa D'Oro. I was greeted immediately upon entering and was assisted by Lisa Poffenberger. I intended to shop for a timepiece for someone else and found the selection at Casa to far surpass any knowledge I may have had. Lisa was able to inform me about every selection without making me feel ignorant and went above + beyond to assist me. Knowing fully I hadn’t planned on buying anything , Lisa still spent upwards of an hour with me; not just answering d*** questions but expanding upon the features and designs of the pieces themselves. Over the course of my time there I was able to develop my own appreciation for what was on display. Not owning a timepiece myself , I felt almost left out after the master class education from Lisa. I decided to purchase an Omega Speedmaster and could not be happier. Largely, in part of Lisa’s efforts.

My wife and I were treating ourselves to a weekend in Cranberry and decided to stop in to Casa D’oro and check out the amazing watch collection. One thing I had in mind before even walking in the door was the Omega Seamaster 300m Diver. Lisa Poffenberger greeted me with a smile and a lot of knowledge. We spent a lot of time talking about watches and life in general. She was a very pleasant, genuinely nice person and as a first time luxury watch buyer, she made me and my wife feel very comfortable. Even though we were celebrating a number of things, it took us three visits for me to pull the trigger. During the course of things, I never felt any pressure or that I was bothering anyone. They even sent my father a G Shock gift wrapped for his birthday straight from the store. I got to talk with the owner Reza, and I’m glad I did. He, from what I can tell, should be running a restaurant as well because of his amazing cooking skills. When I did pull the trigger and had it on my wrist, it was truly amazing and I have no regrets. My wife even looks at it and smiles. I just wanted to say that I really had a wonderful experience. It was honest, great communication with some really nice people. My wife seems to be looking at a lot of Omega watches online for ladies so I would be willing to bet we will be back shortly! Until then I wish Lisa P, Reza, and Casa D’oro the best!

Worst jeweler ever. Do not spend your money at this establishment. I took my wedding band and engagement ring to be soldered together. In doing so, they busted my engagement ring setting. I paid for the repair but didn't realize the damage until later. I took the ring back. Reza talked down to me and denied that they did the damage. It is irreparable and now I need to turn into the insurance company for a complete replacement. I see other reviews on this site that have had a similar experience. Reza is dishonest, please do not trust them with your jewelry and do not give them your business.

Decent selection, poor service. They do not respect your valuables. I took my $5k+ watch off to try others on, and set it gently on a padded surface. Without asking, the worker grabbed it by its case (her ring coming into contact with the watch face, resulting in some scratching) and sloppily flipped it so that the bracelet folded in on itself and came into contact with the back of the case, and set it down that way. Why she felt that it was necessary to do this, I can’t say. I gently grabbed my watch and put it back down the same way I had originally. She then did it a second time! Maybe other customers are comfortable with their expensive watches being tossed around like costume jewelry, but I am not. I do my best to keep my valuables nice; I never thought that a trip to a jewelry store would be what would damage my watch (even if it’s just a little bit).I have also been treated rudely a couple of times by this person in the past. Between the rude treatment and now this incident, I’m not giving this place anymore chances.

It was only because of an odd set of circumstances that would bring me to the Casa D’Oro store. And ultimately, I’m very pleased with the way things turned out. To elaborate, I had traveled nearly 600 miles from southern Wisconsin to participate in a race at Pittsburgh Int’l. Race Complex. The last race of the season, with the championship at stake on this one last race.I had no prior knowledge of, nor experience with Casa D’Oro, before arriving in town, nor did I have any intention at the time, to make a significant purchase, but stepped into the store because it was connected to the hotel I was staying at for the weekend. And also, out of shear curiosity for a very particular and unique watch that I had been searching for.For quite some time, I had been looking for the OMEGA Seamaster 300M 007 edition watch, without any success. Was very pleased to find that Casa D’oro actually had one in stock- along with a nice collection of other Omega watches. Was met by sales staff Lisa Poffenberger, who took genuine interest in my circumstances and story, and realized that my focus was really on racing that weekend, and not on purchasing a luxury watch. Recognizing that, and the limited availability of this particular watch, Lisa provided an arrangement that allowed me the ability to focus on my event for the weekend, without the fear of losing the chance to purchase the watch.I did ultimately purchase the watch at the conclusion of the race weekend. My decision to purchase the watch was because of the excellent customer service and inventory on hand at Casa D’Oro. And in particular, because of sales staff Lisa Poffenberger, who made the whole process of buying my first luxury watch, such an easy and wonderful experience. I would definitely do business again with Lisa and Casa D’Oro.
