Rudy and Chad are amazing. Spent an entire Saturday working with me and my wife to find the perfect vehicle. It was not easy. They did multiple test drives, and worked the banks hard to get the right deal. Something the 5 other dealerships we went to did not want to get into. Both were hard working and genuinely concerned about our happiness, It was nice after a bad experience to have people work hard to make things right. Kudos! I have already told multiple friends about the great service they'll receive here. It's nice to see a dealer who cares about the people instead of just asking "which car do you want".

I recently purchased a 2018 Audi SQ5 from this dealership, and I can’t say enough nice things about Rudy!I live over 1400mi away in Colorado and Rudy worked with me on every little detail about the car. He went above and beyond, he put it up on a lift and sent a video for me since I was concerned about typical east coast rust issues. He did everything in his power to make sure I was completely comfortable before I ever stepped foot on their lot.He worked with me on the numbers, was very responsive via text and calls, and to top it all off, he personally picked me up from the airport in the car on his day off so I could test drive it on the way to do paperwork at the dealership.I bought the car, drove it almost 1500mi home and did it with a smile on my face. No pushy tactics, no pressure, he just really wanted to get me into the right car.The finance manager was very quick and thorough, no surprise fees, he was very transparent and up front.Local residents in PA should be thankful for the staff at this dealership. Thanks again to Rudy and his team!- Dave.

Trevor was absolutely awesome! He helped us get a new car at a great deal. He was very nice and friendly. While a few people who work here are nice, some are completely rude and don't know how to listen to their customers. They also don't give them their complete paperwork to take home the day they buy a car. Overall, this place is not where i would buy my first car if i was anyone else.

My new car purchase turned out to be an absolute nightmare. I’d be very surprised if anyone inspected my brand new 2023 Camry prior to my purchase. It was riddled with cosmetic issues that weren’t disclosed, and none of the staff members did even a basic walk-around to ensure it was ready to leave the lot- despite having me sign a paper that stated they would. The front bumper was damaged by some sort of low speed collision and was bent, scratched, and missing paint. The fuel door was misaligned and then over-corrected, resulting in missing paint from rubbing on both the top AND bottom of the fuel door and fuel pocket. Both sets of doors were misaligned, resulting in a visible height difference between the front and rear doors. Both front door lower window seals were folded inward and permanently deformed. There were several other clear coat scratches and scuffs, some of which could not be polished out and are still on the vehicle. Additionally, there was a paint ding on the hood that went all the way down to bare metal. There were also scuffs on some interior parts including the driver door, steering wheel, dashboard, and driver door handle cup.A few months after purchase, I also discovered a leaking valve core on the passenger side front wheel. For being a “brand new” car, the amount of issues this car has is pretty pitiful. While some issues were able to be corrected by the dealership, many still persist. I needed a new vehicle to alleviate the stress of my last car, not cause more. It’s been almost 8 months since purchase, and I’ve been regretting it for nearly the entire time. The dealership fought back every step of the way when trying to get the paint issues addressed. I was offered a check to get bodywork done by a third party, but it wasn’t nearly enough to get everything fixed properly. Overall, I’ve had a very negative experience with the dealership. It’s a shame that I’m stuck with a beat up car that was sold as “brand new” with no real solution in sight.

Short answer: BUY A TOYOTA!A person only buys so many cars in their life, and probably doesn't have extensive experience with lots of dealerships. I just bought a new Corolla in August 2020, after buying my first car, a used Yaris there back in 2009. My mom has purchased a 2006 Sienna and 2016 RAV4, and my uncle recently bought a 2019 4Runner and Tundra. So we have some longer term experience with this dealership and I can't ever remember any big mishaps. My Yaris lasted me 11 years, only needing new brakes, tires, and battery over its lifetime, so it's actually a good thing I don't have much experience with this dealership in that respect since the cars are so good.As far as my most recent interaction buying my new car, I arrived already knowing roughly what I wanted. After extensive research I narrowed it down to a small vehicle with a lift gate for added utility. I also want something inexpensive and reliable so I don't waste money and live through the horror stories I've heard from others, and all my findings pointed to Toyota, Honda, Mazda, etc. All Japanese, what a surprise! Baierl Toyota was our first, and thankfully only stop that day. After initially inquiring about a used RAV4 hybrid, I spotted an all-new beautiful metallic black Corolla Hatchback SE and instantly fell in love! We were offered a test drive and it was so smooth and quiet, with more power and space than my Yaris, and ~40 mpg. Plus the sticker in the door read 'Made In Japan', the most reliable you can get due to their high standards and national pride associated with auto manufacturing. Just stay away from any Fiat/Chrysler or GM garbage unless you like playing Russian roulette with your bank account and sanity. They always rank dead last in quality, awful transmissions, electronics, rust problems, etc.Now the painful part, paying. After the accounting department included a weekend sale price with recent graduate discount, the monthly payment was $4-500/month, no way especially an economy car! Thankfully the accountant we worked with took his time to do some wizardry and we settled on a reasonable $350. The only issue I had was some marks on the hood, which I scheduled a return appointment to have fixed and they were still there afterwards! Annoying for a new car but I didn't feel like dealing with an endless back and forth so I'll live with it. They also built a bigger used car lot and always have large inventory whenever I pass by, can't say the same for North Hills Toyota, that place is always half empty so try Cranberry or even Lexus, I've heard good things about them if you want something more premium.

Delivery was awesome, I was so excited to get my new car! Never felt pressured, and David made sure I was not waiting all day when I took delivery so I could make it to work on time! Ask for David you will not be disappointed!

What a great dealership. I’m not into big chain lots but this changer my mind Alex the bow tie guy is the best sales man there is. He helps from the time you walk in and still available after you get home with the car. He gave me an unbelievable deal and I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be back and I recommend this place to everyone, but make sure you talk to Alex because he is the best , a class act. Thank you ?? I’ll be back soon

I have never wrote a review…However, Alex the guy with the bow tie has given us such a speechless experience. I had no choice but to express my deepest gratitude. His energy was unmatched, his confidence exudes off of him before he even opens his mouth. He is a knowledge expert, not afraid to pass it along! The process was fast and seamless! Alex you deserve ongoing accolades my guy?. You should be the head of training! Thank you for showing us that there can be a genuine sales rep, that there can be compassion that comes from a sales rep. You truly made me a believer.I pray GOD blesses all of your endeavors to come! Hey Toyota let’s give Alex the recognition he truly deserves?

We recently purchased a Sienna for our expanding family and we couldn’t be more happy with it. Our sales person, Gavin, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to teach about many of the features the car offers. The buying process went quickly and smoothly thanks to Gavin!

We have worked with our salesman, Rod Phillips, for many years. We have purchased many cars from him. Rod delivered another wonderful experience with our most recent purchase. Rod knows how to walk a customer through the process from window shopping to handing over the keys. He is very knowledgeable of the car business. He will explain the process and get you the best deal that he can offer. Rod is the best person to work with when purchasing a new or used vehicle. Go and see Rod to get your next vehicle.
