Me and my son had a great experience working with Alex the guy with the bow tie! This was my sons first vehicle purchased on his own! Alex was very professional and helpful with my son and myself! Looking forward to working together again!

None ......Had a service appt 2-8-2023 @ 3:00 that was automatically scheduled by the dealer ship for a 25000 mile complimentary service arrived at 2:30 was informed by Noah the service advisor that we were just over 25000 miles he informed me nothing was covered and there would be a$25.00 fee to rotate the tires so it was a waste of 2 hours today of my time driving from New Castle to Cranberry for the appt got no service Not even a car wash

I had a flat and had my car towed in. Andrew at the service desk was great. Checked me in and gave me a clear description of the issues found. Andrew also walked me through the advantages of each product and the services that came with the options. Andrew definitely made my experience with the service department stand apart from any other dealer service department experience. The only service department for me going forward.

Have an issue with a whining noise when I put the car into park. Started last week, told it's the brake actuators engaging which is normal, why did it take 15 months to start? It's a 2021 RAV4. Glad it's not an actual problem, will monitor the situation. Plus I forgot I was due for tire rotation. Shuttle service used and had to make 3 phone calls to get picked up after car was serviced. The driver Chick is pleasant and engaging.

VERY AWFUL EXPERIENCE 1st of all it started out a great experience until TODD the salesman decided to lie and continue to argue with me over the pricing. The first thing is you should argue with the customer and raise your voice at them. Just because Todd has an anger management issue doesn’t mean it becomes my problem too. Don’t lie in the first place Todd and you’ll have nothing to worry about. IN ADDITION… someone’s SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER was laying face up on a credit application… that’s someone private info?!! and why is it laying out in the OPEN!! Instead of playing on your phone, do your work and do it right while telling the truth.

AVOID this place!!! My husband spoke to Jimmy D about a vehicle that they had coming in at a later date. It was a good deal so I drove 2 hrs to the dealership for a trade in value & to talk about the new car. The second I walked in he was talking about transparency & how they like to give you all the options upfront instead waiting until you're in the process of financing. While going over the numbers I asked why the sales price was different than what he told us the day before. He had jacked up the price $2,000 because I was out of state! He knew exactly where I was coming from & not once did he mention he was changing the price!! If I had known he was going to change the price I would have never made the 4 hr round trip!!!

Extremely disappointed with the sales manager, he was insulting and unreasonable. On a positive note the sales representative I worked with was extremely pleasant and a pleasure to work with.
