I was interested in trading my car in on a newer Toyota rav4. Ronan greeted me in the showroom and helped me through the whole process. He was absolutely wonderful to work with and my overall experience at the dealership was great. I highly recommend them. They have tons of inventory and their vehicles are top notch. This dealership inspected my trade in before we talked numbers on the RAV4 I wanted. The salesman came back with a payment of $630 per month with 6,000 down for a base model RAV4 that MSRP was only 29,300. They were trying to get 4,000 over msrp and only valued my trade in 5,000 under trade in value. I immediately asked for my keys back and the salesman kept trying to lower my payment. I eventually got my keys back and went home. After I got home he magically got my payment down to $395 per month which is the correct number for the price of the vehicle. How did they go from 630 to 395 per month. They will try to rip you off so be careful. They were the only dealership with any new cars on the lot and I understand why.

Bought a 2010 Highlander with 121k miles, that had it's current inspection. Brought it back to this dealership exactly one year later to get the new inspection. The purchase price of the car was somewhere around $6,500 or so. They say I need $2,300 of work just to pass inspection, with another few thousand in suggested repairs. That's almost the cost of the entire vehicle. I have never been in an accident, and the vehicle was driven less than 10,000 miles. It also took 4 1/2 hours for my inspection and oil change. I am not as upset by that. It takes however long it takes. At least I had my laptop with me and could get some work finished, but still, 4 1/2 hours in the little waiting room is not ideal. My service center representative, Andrew, was apologetic and relatively helpful considering everything else.

Drove 3 hours and ended up being over an hour late for an appointment. The sales rep (I believe his name was Alex my memory is not great with names) was extremely nice about this and worked with me the whole way to make sure he had time to see me. They were very clear and informative about the vehicle and overall extremely nice and helpful. Shoutout to Phil for helping me with registration issues afterwords he was quick to respond and saved me hours at the MVA.

Shout out to Joshua for not pushing me away for being an out of state buyer. Joshua kept me fully updated, informed, and gave incredible customer service for my interest in a 2015 4Runner. I had a great short trip in Pennsylvania and will always remember the great care the employees at Baierl Toyota took care of me. Thanks again!

The motto of this dealership is Driven to Be Better. The service department more than lives up to it. I scheduled a service appointment with Brian who was friendly and upbeat. When I had to meet a project deadline I phoned Baierl Toyota to ask whether it was possible to postpone the appointment a few days. Brian affably replied, "I don't see why not." Shawn, the manager, has implemented every conceivable measure to ensure customer safety during the pandemic. When the vehicle dropped off for a recall repair was ready to be picked up (even earlier than estimated), this was communicated professionally and genially via a phone call. The service department at Baierl Toyota (Mars, PA) deserves more than a 5 star rating.

Brad (GM) and Rod (Sales) provided great support and rectified a prior situation that had gone sideways. Both had realized the poor customer experience I had and came through with a great new car deal that exceeded my expectations. They were helpful, caring, and treated me with respect as a long term customer. I truly appreciate the efforts to turn a poor customer experience into a positive one.

Just left this joke of a dealership. Came to look at a car, emailed at around noon and Jay Barney (who had poor reviews per their own customer website) says the car is still available. I email him at 12:21 and say "cool I'll be there by 6, I get off at 5. I make the 30 minute drive and get there and this bozo looks dead at me without even asking if I needed help. A black salesperson does. He gets Jay and he says "did you get the email I sent you? The car sold." I provided this guy with my phone number to text and he NEVER emailed me telling me the car sold. How did i get all of your other emails and not the most important one. Calls sell everyday but don't waste my time if the car isn't available. JAY BARNEY had an attitude that HE had waters MY time. The nerve. He then goes to his computer and says "yeah I emailed you at 12:15 saying the car sold." My email to him providing my phone number and confirming the time is be there was sent at 12:21. I received no further emails from him after he confirmed the vehicle was still available. The dealership may not be too bad but Jay is a joke and makes it appear that way. JAY BARNEY had an attitude that HE had wasted MY time. The nerve.

I brought my Mercedes in for inspection, and service was beyond my expectation. For Baierl excellence and professionalism transcends a car brand. When you get a good shop like Baierl Toyota service you keep going back to it. It was my second car that they serviced because I was very happy about how they diagnosed and fixed my Prius for work and an amount way less than my own personal misdiagnosis. I will have them order Pirellis, and change the tires of my Porsche Macan next. Cannot wait.

Jim was fantastic from start to finish. Made the buying process easy and enjoyable. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient and took a ton of time with us. The sales manager Dan and financial manager Megan were also wonderful (and funny!!)

Had to sell my beloved Prius as I needed more room and more oomph. We bought a 2020 RAV4...Great experience dealing with Rod. No pressure and no hassle. We got a solid deal and the perfect car for our needs. We are totally satisfied with Baierl Toyota.

Bad dealership. Not only is the place dirty the sales staff and management seem to be disorganized, lacking training and customer service. I saw a vehicle online and called (spoke with Erik). Plenty of noise in the background and it was difficult to hear, but i asked if the vehicle was still on site and expressed interest to come and take a look. Apt was set for 9:30 Sat morning. Upon hanging up I asked Erik to send me an email with his phone number in case something came up on my end. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Got to the dealership on Sat, was told the car sold late Friday night (they close Friday's at 6). Never got a courtesy call, they lied and said they left me a message THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Manager was too busy to even come out to talk with me. They don't care, shop elsewhere.
