“Seven of our family were returning to our Deep Creek vacation house from rafting at Ohiopyle. (Almost a disaster) my 2016 Buick Cascada’s computer went haywire. My son was fortunate enough to get off the road at Marclay Motors. The owner and a friend came out to investigate. They brought a diagnostic device, tools, and a wealth of knowledge. They spent an hour and half evaluating, connecting and disconnecting the battery and pulling fuses. (The car started itself, without turning the key, and wouldn’t then stop, until pulling a specific fuse.) we were desperate yet Steve and his oversized Robin calmly helped us with options on towing and repair. (The area had spotty cell service so their land line was required) they would take nothing for their work. This review is not of the Dealership but the Dealer, Steve: a man this good is trustworthy.
