Steaks are horrible toughest meat I've ever eaten very chewy. Also everything we got was vacuum sealed and everything is losing its seal and all the meat is getting freezer burnt....I've had to reseal the meat with my own bags and money on top of paying what should have already been done....wouldn't recommend this place at all

If you want your deer honestly processed and returned to you, DO NOT trust this business with processing your deer - unless you don’t mind getting back a little shoebox of ground deer burger.

Did not cut beef lean as I asked for.Not only mine two others also. We wanted 90/10 it's like 75/25. One pound you get 3/4-1cup grease.2 roast were not vacuum pack correct and got air in them.Nerver asked if iwe wanted bones. Seemed all he had on his mind was when he could get his hunting in. Hurry get it done I know what Iam doing I been a butcher for a long time. Hurry Hurry. I would never go back and Go to Jim Wadding He dose what you ask.
