Front office staff is awesome! Tina is very friendly and efficient and made our move in very easy. This complex is both family friendly, quiet, and well maintained. Our home is very spacious, with a great size patio, just enough space for our 3 kids. I would absolutely recommend Rivermoor to anyone in need of a great apartment with an even greater staff!:)

I am very happy with my move here so far! Tina was so kind and the move in process was excellent. We had a few things that needed to be taken care of and she has been an incredible help. So far, I find management to be very responsive to issues and concerns.Yes, the buildings are a bit older then some other complexes around but they are still in good enough condition and taken care of. (I.e- creaky stairs) still would recommend. I will update this post if need be.

I was told to judge places based on their worst reviews. Here I am. Absolutely awful. When we moved in, multiple screens were missing, a drawer in the kitchen was broken and off track and was never fixed, multiple outlets didn’t work properly, maintenance guys showed up without warning, they used the wrong materials for multiple repairs (ex: wood screws in steel doors), the window sill in the kitchen had to be sanded down because the oven door wouldn’t open otherwise since the window was in the way, dishwasher and clothing washer leaked multiple times, dishwasher completely stopped working at one point. We removed the strainer in the bottom ONLY and no parts were removed further; we were almost charged for another washer altogether because we tried a simple repair on our own. And now that we are moving out, all of that is going to be on the bill. I will never recommend this complex to anyone and I suggest everyone stay far away. This place is a money pit and they’re unforgiving. If you’re looking for cheap living, I suggest a tent or a commune. You’d get better service from the squirrels.

The prices for the apartments are high considering how small they are.

Lots of parking. Nice balcony on the 3rd floor. Lots of steps though. But normal for an apt complex.

Pros:
-Decent pricing
-Nice pet policy/pricing
-Landscaping nicely maintained
-Nice area
-Maintenance is fast and easy
-Relatively quiet
Cons:
-Parking sucks. It's an open lot and you have to park far from your apartment most of the time. I would much rather have assigned spots to avoid people's guests taking all the spots.
-Walls can be thin in some places. I hear my neighbor's kids a lot, and I'm sure they can hear us in the kitchen when the laundry is running.
-Some of the rentals could use updates. This especially applies to the kitchen floors and cabinets and to the bathroom mirrors.
Overall: I enjoy my townhome and I appreciate the effort the property management team makes to ensure we are all following the rules and also enjoying our time living here. I definitely liked the survey they handed out about smoking/non smoking apartments and the free flowers they handed out in the beginning of spring.
