The customer service there is outstanding! They went out of their way to accommodate my autistic son with his first experience on a recumbent to make sure that he felt comfortable with it. Absolutely wonderful working with Lancaster Recumbent on choosing, ordering, and today picking up my first trike + e-assist bike. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
