Worst dollar general around, randomly closes whenever they want. Shelves are always half empty. Never have what you need. Management is either extremely lazy or just completely incompetent.

Rolled in at 5pm yesterday. Bunch of cars in lot. Store closed. Place is a mess. Never open when they are supposed to be.

A great place for simple home items. They are open into the evening for some quick last minute stops. When we run out of mile or cat food we have gone here instead of running to E-town or Lancaster. Yes, they always seem to be stocking the shelves and it feels like they need more staff, but I am glad they are open.I would fix the credit card machines. They flop down when you try to use them. I think they can be tightened to be able to not flop over when you use the key pad. These will break if something is not done.

Tried to make a return without a receipt and they refused saying they cant. Asked to see their old receipts because they must have just thrown them out I was just there and left my receipt there. She kept refusing saying they dont have them. I asked where the trashcan is. Claimed they dont have one, but they do its right below it. I wasnt being smart or rude until she kept looking away from me and said she wont argue with me. She was very rude when I was trying to make a return which I know they will so for something equal value in the store or a gift card. I know they do returns without a receipt and I have the proof of purchase through my card. After i kept asking why, she claimed they dont do it its their policy and they “take the receipts for returns to corporate” Called wrightsville and they helped me right away telling me they dont know why she would say that its not true and to just come there. This place has always been awful, but this is my last straw. Its her job to help customers and do returns. Not to lie like im stupid and be extremely rude.

mfs complain about this store for it being messy and under staffed like ofc it’s going to have those issues it’s a dollar general the only reason people shop here is for cheap stuff not for amazing customer service it has cheap stuff and that’s all i care about. and plus it has a self checkout so even if there’s no one at the register i can still check out with no issues.

This place is horrible. Never stocked, employees are always rude. I had an emergency and they doors where locked at 7:15pm! After I went to the doors 3-4 more cars pulled in. I came looking for fans my central air broke and I have two elderly animals that need cool air

Not bad. Decent prices. Great for picking items like bread up and you don't have to pay Sheetz or Rutters prices.
