The only thing this place has going for it is its location.Checked in there recently, it was almost 90 degrees outside and had to be over 90 in the room. No A/C! The bathroom was filthy. I immediately walked back out to complain to the lobby manager. He was indifferent to my concerns and refused to issue a refund. We left and will never be back. Much better options for lodging in the town of Marienville.

Since I can’t seem to reply to the owners last reply to my review I’ll just make a new one to inform the owners that the young girl that was working behind the desk was very nice and polite. She was simply overwhelmed. The manager on the other hand is a liar and she was also the only one to raise her voice when she showed up drunk. Believe what you want. But this no way to run a business if you want repeat customers.

Great place to stay if you plan on hitting trails on atv...can ride machine right to trail head from the campsite....campsite was great....very good time....owners very friendly. Looking fowardvto returning

The place was dirty and had no water pressure and the manager showed up drunk and was no help and one person found a frog in the shower and the grass was over a foot tall we have stayed in this place for the last couple of years and will not be going back don’t wast your

Suzie worked hard to make Forest Lodge a wonderful place to stay. I stayed again about a month after the new owners took over and the difference was pretty obvious. Trash in the desk drawer. No coffee or fresh cups. Webs in the corners. Can't get anyone on the phone when the office is empty and you are waiting to check in....I will miss Forest Lodge, and the way Suzie ran it.

Camping at The Forest Lodge & Camp grounds in Pigeon, PA It was a great experience for us. Not far from town for fuel, food if you choose to dine out. Not far from riding the ATV trails. There are different events through out the yearI recommend looking at the schedule with the visiting bureau of the state of Pennsylvania.

We stayed with friends in the suite. We loved it! We had camp fires every night! Huge yard and a playground for the kids. We played board games in the large family room area. I love the view from the full size wrap around windows to the yard. Lots of cabinet space in the kitchen. The space was great! The owner is wonderful and very helpful. I would definitely recommend it to everyone! We will definitely be staying here again!

Suzie is a great host. Very accommodating. Only downside is we had to fill our water tank at a different campsite. Other than that,great site and service. Immaculate bathroom and shower area. Very convenient to riding. The trail leads to the campground.

Visited during the Johnny Appleseed festival in October. The facility was extremely clean and the room was quaint. It had a mini fridge, microwave and bathroom with a shower. The sink was outside the bathroom which was convenient for washing up. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Extra pillows and blankets were in the closet. The room was small but it was also open so it was not.at all a disadvantage. We'd definitely book a room here again!
