Toni is THE RUDEST BANKER!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have to tell you its completely unnecessary how rude this person is/was. How do you justify treating people this way? I will NEVER bank with Santander again! Not only was she rude she also gave incorrect information with her attitude! Unbelievable, just unbelievable. Go to a different bank! This one will give you bad information on top of bad service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst bank ever, there is a woman can’t remember her name, but she is always in there middle-aged she gets attitude all the time and hung up on me on the phone call while I was trying to deal with my frustrations with this bank. It’s been over a month without a card, they told me they were gonna send it. They also told me they fix my address and they didn’t so my card got sent to a wrong address, and when I wanted to fix it hung up on me don’t get me wrong. I had an attitude, but that’s because this bank is so frustrating. They are judgmental, but it makes sense because it’s in the middle of Marcus Hook.

I was told that I could pay my personal loan early. So I paid it 8 days early and they still deducted a payment from my account even though it was already paid for the month. So the real answer is NO you cannot pay it early because on the due date they will make an additional deduction.

Toni is an absolute pleasure to talk too and work with. Class A when it comes to professionalism and knowledge!! This is the place to go too. Also Steve was great too....despite being an iphone advocate!!

Big help from sherita! Love her! Shes an amazing part of my experience with this bank. I needed help and she did it! I couldn't put money on my card and my son and I needed to go to his grandmother's house! She helped me get there with him God bless her! She deserves a raise! She is what is right with this world!
