Wish I could give ZERO stars. I bank with Wells Fargo in spite of all the news that continuously pops up with them because their staff is usually friendly, and they have branches literally everywhere. Not very helpful at this location. I get the COVID thing, but most legitimate businesses are conducting front facing business as long as people wear face masks. I went to the bank to do a wire transfer. There were literally NO customers in the bank, and they wouldn't let me in. Told me I needed to leave and call to schedule an appointment.
