My husband and I had a great walk to meet Sue at an open house. We were already working with another lender, but decided to review our options with Sue when we were not disappointed.She took her application very easily, and sent us all the documents electronically to be submitted. Her team was very consistent with staying in contact with us during the lending process. She had a clear to close in about 30 days, which was quicker than anyone else we could’ve imagined. She is trustworthy and very knowledgeable about the overall mortgage industry. I would highly recommend using Sue if you’re looking to buy a home.

Sue Meitner and her team were amazing to work with! Within a day of contacting Sue (per my realtor’s referral) I had my pre approval ready to go, and when it came time for me to put in an offer, she worked out the best terms that helped my offer stand out and get accepted in this crazy market. I was able to close on my house in under a month!!! Sue and team were excellent at communicating throughout the whole process and put all my worries to ease as a first time home buyer.
