Horrible experience. I walked in at 8:55pm and the Indian gentleman behind the counter yelled at me with terror in his eyes for walking in past closing. I told him if you want to close at 8:55pm, that is fine, but post that publicly. He then refused to give me enough bags, and when I complained about that, he threw a second bag at me. Worst customer service I have ever seen.

This is probably the most conveniently located beer store to me and I have recently achieved the rank of Duke of Mac's Neighborhood Beverage, so why the two star review you ask? Nine freaking dollars for a six pack of Miller Lite that is why! We are not talking about 16oz pounders either! I feel as livid as Allen Iverson after his infamous press conference where he said, " We talking about practice, not a game, not a game! Practice." I believe Iverson used the word I don't know thirty to thirty-five times in the span of two to three minutes, practice. Well, envision me on a rant on the same level of Iverson's highly charged press conference, " We talking about Miller light here! Not Peroni, not Moretti, but Miller light!". Miller. Lite. I am done with this place and probably drinking for a while just not worth the money, calories, or long term potential health consequences. Cocktails out, sure. But the days of bringing home sixers are done for me. So, to that I say, thank you Mac's for opening my eyes to this lifestyle change for me. As always people SYOY!!! Update: apparently nine dollars for a six pack of Miller Light is the going rate now with inflation. Upgrading one star as a result but still not buying any more six packs.

Under new management and it shows! Friendly, helpful staff, great selection and great prices. They will help you find your favorites and will also help you find some new favorites. I recommend stopping in and meeting these folks next time you need beer!
