10/10 do NOT recommand!!! She apprently doesn't know what layers are and completely butchard my hair! I always get "short, choppy layers throughout, keep the length"- have for 7-8 years now (and don't always go to the same dresser either. Never had this problem before). My hair which was down to the middle of my back is mostly gone now. She did nothing to the front/bangs of my hair, so those don't look any different/are still long. The hair at the back of my head is completely gone-its only an inch or two long, and she left the very bottom layer of my hair, at full length (which is still to the middle of my back) because I said "keep the length." Some of the layers at the top of my head arn't even blended. It looks completely atrocious, like what children do to barbie dolls. I am beside myself as I really charished my hair, and now I can't even have my hair down. I'm probably going to have to get it all chopped off and I am very upset.

Patty makes sure her clients are always safe. This includes seeing that they get to the car. When I watch her work I see others leave looking better than when they came. I always get compliments when she does my hair.
