After I purchased a new 2021 F150 Lariat from Lance at Blaise Alexander, Mansfield, Pa. I have received nothing but the very best service. All recalls have been taken care of in a timely manner and the employees have been courteous and respectful. Communications with the service department have been easy and descriptive. I like straight forward and honesty. A Great Crew! I'll be back!

My car was there for repair after I hit a cow they were waiting on one part to complete the $15000 repair job when tropical storm Debby hit our area. Mansfield Ford got there cars out of harms way but my car ended up being left in harms way and was totaled.

Kudos to our salesman, Scott Garrison, who assisted us in purchasing a 2019 Mercedes E-450 coupe. Scott and managers Nathan and John were also helpful and professional. Overall it was a good experience and so far we are loving our 'new' car!

Drove about 3 hours to look for Mercedes , unfortunately it was out of the budget but Giving a 5 star because not only was Brandon patient and understanding, but was honest and respectful from the beginning to end. I would recommend coming here to look for a car. Honesty and respectfulness is what made it an experience.

Moved to the area and heard nothing good about any of their local dealerships but I still have them a shot. Initially got in contact with a sakes manager for a extended warranty. Started good and then ghosted. No call returning calls so I stopped in and talked to him. Wad supposed to have infor the next day. Nothing! So I bought the warranty from a dealer 3 hrs away. And now both of our vehicles go 45 min away to another dealer in NY.
All the horror stories might just be correct!

Only giving 2 stars because I like the vehicle. The dealership sucks! They sent me a card stating they would give me over 14k for my vehicle plus 20% sales fee. Drove over 30 to the dealership only to be insulted and told they wouldn’t even give me 14k for it. Said it had to many scratches and dings on it. Damn car has no scratches or dings on it!! Could use a good detailing. Any scratches and dings on that vehicle would have been on there when I bought it from them! They lost my business!

This was the best experience we have ever had at a Ford dealership. The service department was amazing and on time.
We walked around the lot while we waited and Trevor came out to talk to us. We were apprehensive because in the past salesmen seem to be so pushy. Trevor just asked if we needed help and then left us alone. We will not be going anywhere else

I brought my Bronco in for a recall. While there Dave noticed a second recall that had just came in. He had them take care of the second one while I was there so I didn’t need to make a separate appointment and trip. He keep me up to date with everything and was understanding and helpful with giving me a time estimate when my bronco would be ready to drive home. Thank you to the service team for taking good care of my bronco.
