I bought a vehicle from Blaise Alexander on June 8th 2024. I was given a temporary registration at the time of purchase we are now at September 13th 2024. my temporary registration has expired and I still do not have a registration.I can not drive a vehicle I am making payments on..it sits in my driveway as an ornament because everytime I call ( which is usually 3 or 4 times a day) I am told someone will get back with me.. no one does..or they have no answers as to why I do not have a registration. I even went to DMV website with my title number..they have no record of my registration. My hands are tied and it's nobody at their dealership job.I would NOT recommend this dealership!!! Here I sit paying on a lawn ornament...

Brandon worked with us to get a great deal on a vehicle. He was honest, helpful and easy to talk with about financing options. This is our second purchase here and absolutely would return in the future!

Blaise Alexander CDJR Mansfield is elite! Joel, Tony, and the staff are fantastic. They helped us find the truck to best fit our needs and went above to ensure we got the best deal. Highly recommend this dealership and will be back for all our future vehicle purchases.

I was having a good experience at 1st but that all changed quickly. I live a few hours away in another state and fulfilled all my obligations quickly to try and secure the car I was interested in. I took plenty of photos of my trade, did the credit application, along with getting approved to buy the car… after setting up a day and time to take delivery they let me know shortly after they have an appointment on the car after I was set to pick it up. Needless to say after everything that sold it out from under me! I am in this business and have never seen something so unethical as I was already approved for the car and offered to even put the money down so they wouldn’t sell it on me. I would NEVER recommend this auto group to anyone!

Buddy of mine “bought” a car from this dealership did credit, got insurance, set up a time to come pick up the car on Wednesday which was two days out since we live in another state. The deal was done. Then he gets a text that “the car may get sold since a new appointment has popped up on the same vehicle” then gets. A call later that evening saying he can’t buy the car he already did everything he needed to to buy. As car salesmen ourselves it’s very hard for us to watch something like that happen. We couldn’t imagine selling a car then turning around and saying nope you can’t have it because you can’t get here right now to take it and selling it. Now he has a credit pull for nothing and insurance that means absolutely nothing. That’s unacceptable. I understand that wanting the sale but to sell it from under someone else is absolutely unacceptable.

I recently purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler from Blaise Alexander CDJR Mansfield and I absolutely love it! With all the help from sales rep Aaron, he was about to push me through the purchasing process quick and efficiently! I am very pleased with my purchase and want to give great thanks to Aaron for his amazing customer service!

This place is ridiculous. They take 3-4 hours to mount and balance 4 tires and do an alignment. If you want to get your tires mounted and balanced I suggest going somewhere else. Never again will
I come here to give them business. Any where else would average a hour and a half too two hours to complete this task. Go somewhere else!!! I could only imagine if they have to do any major work how long it would take them and the bill you would receive afterwards!!!

If your credit is not top notch their customer service is horrible they'll let you stand there while they're helping other customers with good credit I will never shop at any of these dealers in Mansfield

I came down to check out a vehicle and the salesperson's name was Levi everything was fine all the way up until he seen I had a 600 credit rating then he left me there to stand there like an idiot while he helped some other people get into a car half an hour later I just left I was completely humiliated it goes to show you it's all about the money bottom line he should have waited on me until he was done with me before he went to someone else I think Blaise Alexander is a complete disgrace nobody should buy a vehicle from them they don't care about you they don't care about nothing but but their commission is going to be

Took a brand new Jeep into them for a routine oil change & for them to look at an issue with the screen (ended up being the phone cord I was using oddly enough) but while there they plugged their computer into it to check the codes ( before finding out the cord problem) they told me they cleared the codes and everything was fine. Move forward to finishing the service, getting back into the Jeep. The steering wheel and all the buttons ceased to work properly like they have previously to the “service” have made countless calls and attempts to get into them again to have them fix/correct the issue that they clearly made (honestly mistake I’m sure) and they’re completely denying the problem or acknowledging the fact they messed up and did something with their computer.100% the vehicle worked as new 5 minutes prior to the appointment, pulled the jeep out and now this… they won’t do anything and ignore all complaints about the issues.Words from them: “Pull out your owners manual and look through there, we clearly didn’t do anything by clearing some codes”“You obviously did something you didn’t know about and it’s not our responsibility”

My brother bought a vehicle from Blaise Alexander Jeep in Mansfield and in 5 1/2 months the motor went. 3 of my family members were there. they pushed gap insurance but none of them recall the extended warrenty being offered or mentioned. they had them fill out papers twice because they didn't wait for other banks to send offers in and then rushed them through paperwork. Then the salesman was showing frustration when we would ask questions about the vehicle or what they were having my brother sign. Took it back several times for small issues after just a week. They tried charging us for the parts that were under warrenty. They finally said oh yea you are right it is under warrenty after we argued with them but if we didnt fight it they would have charged us several times for parts that were covered under warrenty. Then 2 weeks after the warrenty goes the shift linkage went in the transmission and had to be replaced. Then 2 months after the warrenty ended it had more issues but no one could figure it out. Changed coil packs and spark plugs but nothing worked even though that's what the code was saying was wrong when we ran the check engine light codes. So we took it back to the dealer and they tell us $99 to diagnose the issue. then they say $500 more for a deep diagnostic. We call to find out the results and then they tell us the motor needs replaced and the new diagnostic fee is $1700. their communication sucks. and then they wanted almost 8 to 9 grand more to replace the motor in a vehicle they sold us less then 5 months ago. then when we tried to get things set up to get the motor we were told one price. then as the discussion continues he says well we will probably have to add more for this and then maybe more for this or that. The district manager who said they would try to work with us and try to get things dropped in price some. But the only discount they were offering was 120 for labor instead of 160. And when asked what they would give just to take the car back they said they wouldnt do that because it wouldnt be plausible to trade in due to the value of it. Feel like we were lied to on more then one occasion with them. to the point I even wonder if they did a full diagnostic before selling this vehicle. I definitely will NEVER buy or recommend them to anyone I know. I have bought multiple cars from dealerships and this is by far the WORST place to deal with. You spend $17,000 on a car all to have it go in 5 1/2 months and end up being useless. I could have paid less at a junkyard and gotten a car that could just sit there like this one is now. The point of buying from a dealership is to purchase a reliable car. Not scrap metal.
