I was surprised when I was looking for a speed queen washer how many places around us did not carry them. I called five places. Beiter's was my last call. I was so surprised and excited!! Went there the next morning and bought it. Very happy with the service and will shop there again.

Terrible service very un organized sales employees are rude all I need to say is Beiters used to be a good store to shop at now it’s terrible I will never be back to this store again!

Will never buy anything from here ever again! Patty in Williamsport was extremely rude and had horrible customer service. Told us “your couch wouldn’t have broke under normal wear and tear”. The springs in our couch broke and we tried to have the warranty fix it but the company went out of business, so they said we could exchange it. We found a different couch and matching chair. Patty messed up on the receipt and told us we would have to pay another $200 the next day as a restocking fee. Why should we pay a restocking fee when the couch is no good. What are they going to put it back on the floor for someone else to purchase?! The furniture we bought was quite pricey and was bought as a set. So now we have a chair that matches nothing. Will never go back as we were treated like trash for a situation that was out of our hands!

Excellent service. The young lady that took care of us was very knowledgeable and polite.
And the two gentlemen that brought the bed not only put it together but cleaned up after themselves and we're very efficient. I really couldn't think of one thing to complain about. All in all an excellent experience and will definitely come back again.
In short you hire good people!
