The WORST! Buyer beware. Stay away from this freight company at all costs. There are many better options. XPO consistently loses shipments, especially if/when there are multiple pallets within the same shipment. I'm speaking from personal experience. My business has lost TENS OF THOUSANDS thanks to these clowns! The worst part is that they don't care at all. And if you have to file a claim as I have numerous times? They will drag their feet, challenge every fact you provide and make it as hard as possible to get reimbursed for their mistakes. Terrible, terrible, terrible!

They called me three times before my delivery saying everything was on time everything was scheduled everything was set and ready to go between 12:00 and 3:00. Around 12:30 they called me to say they needed to reschedule for another time because of a "carrier issue"... Whatever that means. I took off work for this delivery and I do not have off the rest of the week. Silly me for thinking a logistics company would have a backup plan if one of their trucks were to say breakdown etc... Customer service was short and care free and had no problem saying oh well not our problem...

My company uses XPO on a monthly basis and they have done as good of a job as any of our carriers. From time to time our shipments will be held up due to lack of drivers or full trailers but these are industry wide issues all the LTL carriers are struggling with.

Got a confirmation call along with a text saying arrival time was today at 5 pm - 9 pm. My washer and dryer never showed up. No call, text, or anything. Horrible delivery company.

Wow, we made a mistake and shipped the wrong item. We fessed up to it immediately and agreed to a price of $800 with the dispatcher on the phone. The original price was $575 for the single 1,200lb pallet going to FL. Countless calls and emails later, I am still being harassed (16 collection calls in a single hour) to pay an artificially inflated bill in excess of $3,000. "Yeah, the original party reversed charge "lost your discount game". Every person I have corresponded with at XPO used the exact same playbook. It has become very clear that they are so desperate for business, that they are trying to extort more business and clients from our company in order to "get" me the price we already agreed upon, which was already $225 more than we should be paying. It will be a cold day in Hell before I pay $3,054.58 to ship a single pallet or ever do business with these people.
