“The staff at NVC is beyond amazing. My dog was diagnosed with Melanoma 6 months ago and Dr. Blithe was very open and honest with her diagnosis, my options, and treatment. She supported my decisions the whole way through and was very compassionate and caring every step of the way. The staff was very helpful and compassionate as well. I had many email exchanges with Misty and she went above and beyond to help and comfort me when the time came to end Champ's suffering. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.”

They have taken care of a total of 4 cats and 10 dogs over the years. Dr Steed was so caring when my 93 year old mother's dog was struggling near the end.”

“We have been treating our pets for a few years at Lincoln Highway and have had such wonderful experiences. Even after all these years they still go above and beyond to make your pets feel comfortable . This also makes you the owner feel comfortable as an owner with a more reactive dog.We have a social Bernedoodle and a not so social German Shepherd who is often not receptive to new people and will growl and bark. I typically would muzzle her at the vet just to be safe even though she has never harmed anyone in the past.Today I told the staff if they felt more comfortable we could use a muzzle. They declined and instead took the time to make my pup feel more comfortable. Christal came in first and was on the floor slowly getting our Shepard to warm up to her and did not give up when she shied away.Eventually she even got a little lick on her hand. This prepared my pup for both Dr.Lewis and Christal to come in and give her the shots she needed.They were both able to hold her and give her love and support she needed to make it more comfortable for her during her shots! This would not have happened without them going above and beyond.We appreciate the wonderful team at this facility and are so lucky our pets can be cared for here.”

“I have used this clinic both as part of my job (transporting my client's pets to the clinic and serving as guardian of the animal/s for the duration of their appointments) and also for a second opinion for one of my own personal pets.Every vet and staff member I've encountered has been extremely kind and accommodating, very knowledgeable and thorough. Even during recent construction and the pandemic when things got a bit chaotic, the clinic was well organized and running efficiently. (Anyone who's worked with animals and the public knows what a massive feat that is!)This is a really great clinic with really fantastic staff and excellent vets. Never a bad experience there, and I will continue to recommend them to others!”

“I moved back to PA and needed to find a vet; I just, by chance, called them. After the first visit, I knew this was going to be the vet. This vet is the best veterinarian I have been to. The staff is always friendly and have smiles on their faces. It seems they very much like their jobs.They are very caring and compassionate with you and your pets. They also follow up to check on your pets after visits if needed. The office and check-up rooms are very clean and organized. I am glad to have these guys take care of my furry felines. It's going to be hard to impress me if I move or need to go to a different vet for any reason because they set the bar!”

“Confused....I have been coming here for years. I know one of my dogs was over due for a visit because I got a reminder. Because Of the pandemic I called and made an appointment for September which we just were in. The problem is my other dog is apparently overdue and I never received notification and they all need flea/tick meds. They would only give me meds for two of the dogs since one was overdue. I would think you would want, for the dog best interest, him to receive his meds. He has an appointment to come in and it would be healthier to have it. And yes, I am perfectly aware if he gets fleas the meds will kill them. That's what the receptionist kept telling me. I'm not an idiot. Point is to prevent fleas in my house. Not sure what a visit has to do with flea meds. So to keep all my dogs on the same schedule they all have to wait. Also when I made Baxter's appointment they did not tell me the other one was due. It's very annoying to a pet owner. It wasn't explained if the reason was medical???Thank you Angela for responding and helping me! We will see you in October”

“Never in my life time of owning pets have I found a better vet then Dr. Bill. My partner and I adopted a special needs cat who had brain damage. Dr. Bill not only worked with us and gave solid advice on how to make him comfortable, he was also very honest with us about his quality of life. I also want to say that he has given wonderful care to our other two cats as well. We just ended up putting out kitty down on Monday. Dr. Bill was extremely comforting as even though we knew it was time, we still struggled with the decision. The front desk staff was also so warm and compassionate. It truly felt like they were also grieving with us. We then received upon the other day a hand written, heartfelt, personalized letter from Dr. Bill along with some inked paw and nose prints. If I could give Lititz a 100/10 review I would, but I’m limited to only a 5 star on here. They are just all around, amazing people who shine in making animals their passion.”

“There was a negative post on nextdoor about Hempfield Animal Hospital which I believe has spurred some of the recent negative reviews on google. I've been taking my cats to Hempfield Animal Hospital for years and they have always been wonderful. We just took one of our cats on Wednesday this week for her yearly check-up and shots. Dr. Purvis has never been unkind to us. She can be quite serious when advocating for the health of your pets, but never rude. She has always worked with our cats' best interests at heart. When one of our cats suddenly got sick in January she was very kind and followed up with us by phone several times. Even after he passed at the animal hospital in Malvern she called us to check on us and the entire staff signed a card with their condolences. They all remember our cats names and personalities even if it's been a year since their last visit. They all seem to genuinely love animals.”

And hopefully come fall I can schedule for our female kitty to be spayed. ❤?We recently had a passing of a very loved kitty cat, and it was quite confusing as much as it was heart breaking.The ladies at Pet Day Surgery gave me much needed confirmation and healing that my heart ever so desperately needed.Yes, they had the opportunity to meet and neuter our kitty Onyx De'sol.When confronted about his passing, it took all I had to remain strong emotionally because I wanted to scream and cry because of all this pain that as a cat mom I've been forced to hold in for so long...However both the ladies spoke with me about what happened, and expressed their condolences. I had said I send a hug and smiled, thanking then for everything and all.And I said I needed to walk away before I started crying...And I got a hug from a woman who is passionate about her job as a vet,A woman of whom also has her own cats and knows all too well the pain left in our hearts when we lose a fur baby....I got a hug nobody else could give me... a hug nobody else would give me...But she did.As well as she helped me gain confidence about having one of our cats get spayed...And I am just so grateful for her. I believe her name is Tammy.Tammy is the fellow cat mom and vet that gave me a hug that I needed to mend unseen wounds...I don't know the name of the other woman who was there but she was just as polite.Like I said in the beginning of my review. .. I recommend Pet Day Surgery to anyone and everyone in need of an affordable vet to take care of their fur babies.Because they truly do care,They are gentle with your pet,And they'll answer any and all questions you might have.”

“I absolutely am in love with this vet and Dr. Riehl is the best! I take 2 dogs and 3 cats to see her, and she is always so sweet and loving to them. I have a dog who is terrified of the vet and she is always willing to take her white coat off and get down on the floor with him to make him feel comfortable before even trying to start the exam! I am greatly appreciative of her time, her generosity, and the care she has for the animals and their owners. Aside from her amazing animal skills, Dr. Riehl is great with people too. She takes her time during every visit and makes sure all of my questions and concerns are addressed while giving lots of great information and taking the time to ensure I understand. The first time I met Dr. Riehl we connected instantly and knew she was the vet for my animals. She provided me solutions for my animals that no other vet would do and it makes me feel welcomed and valued here. I also want to give props to all the other employees here. Everyone at Neffsville contributes to the positive experience I have every time I come in and you can tell they love their jobs, and the people and animals that walk through their door.
